Subway

I’ve come in a bunch of times and the fare is standard, service is quick, and generally nothing to write home about. But today was exceptionally better in terms of service.
Walked in trying to distract myself from the migraine plaguing me and the owner asks me if I’m ok (probably because my face looks like a slapped ass) and I tell him I have a bad headache. He recommended hot water or coffee and offered it to me, which I politely decline due to having a bit of pop and the Tylenol to start the pain relieving process right before I left work. He remained friendly and patient with me during my order and at the end, I decided to try the hot water he recommended. While he microwaved it, he also decided I needed a cookie on the house for a pick-​me-​up but only if I eat it after my sandwich, he said.
What a touching, kind gesture that went above and beyond for me. It was definitely appreciated and helped ease my headache. Will most certainly return for this awesome service.

They try to cut corners here just like most of the chain. Ask for some veggie you get a pinch. Wasn’t particularly clean. Also didn’t stock all the types of bread. My sandwich was prepared fast tho. But I also got a side of hair on my sandwich.
