Bell Carpet Cleaning

This was my first time with Bell Home Services and I’d have to say I will stay a customer for a long time. I had been having my carpets cleaned by a mom and pop business for years. They were very quick and same stains came back few weeks later. I kept having to get my carpet cleaned more and more frequently, until I called Bell Carpet cleaning!
Vahan was patient and spent the time to vacuum, clean and treat the stains with stronger chemicals. He gave my house undivided attention and educated me on different type of stains and various ways to protect my carpet. I will entrust all my business to Bell Carpet cleaning.

Unfortunately I never got to the point of having my carpets cleaned by this company. I attempted to contact them for three days. The first day, no one ever answered the phone. Also, the message said I was calling Bell Pest Control, so I was not even sure if I was calling the correct company. The second day I tried to contact them, someone actually answered «Bell Pest Control», and the lady said that I needed to talk to the carpet cleaning technician who was out of the office. I left my name and number. At 4:56 PM on the third day, I finally received a call, but missed it. The person left a pretty detailed message as far as their coupon specials and said to call him back to schedule a free estimate. I called him back just a few minutes later, he did not answer. It rang and rang then went to a recording saying the voicemail for that number had not been set up. I called again in the morning and the Bell Pest Control lady answered. I told her I was calling about carpet cleaning and she again told me I need to speak to a carpet technician and she could take my name and number and have someone call me. I told her I already did that, they took an entire day to return my call, then didn’t answer when I called them right back and that I would go with another company. I was disappointed since the other reviews were favorable, but due to the bad customer service and inability to speak to anyone after trying for three days, it made me question their customer service standards. If they cannot return calls in a timely manner when I am wanting to schedule, how will they be if I have any problems or questions with their service? Will keep looking for a company with excellent customer service all the way around.

Very pleased with the carpet cleaning. Called to make an appt for a free in home estimate they were able to come out within a few days of me calling. Was so pleased with their customer service booked same day and right now they are working away cleaning all the carpets in the house. Vahan and Stewart are the carpet clearers out here and they are the ones who quoted the house and they are awesome very nice. It’s hard to find a good honest company now a days who take pride in servicing their customers and actually care about quality and I was able to find that with bell carpet cleaning.

Wow! My carpets look, feel and smell like new! Vahan and Stewart did an amazing job. Very professional and personable. They truly know the ins and outs of their business. They showed up right on time and walked me through the entire process step by step. They made me feel at ease and very comfortable with the products they were using in regards to my pets and «high traffic» areas that I thought were heavily soiled. Everything turned out fantastic. I would definately recommend Bell Carpet Cleaning to anyone in need of carpet, tile or upholstery! You will not be disappointed!
