Live Sound Audio

Many thanks to Live Sound Audio for helping with my stepdaughter’s wedding yesterday. The basic package plus the lapel mic was exactly what we needed. The delivery and setup help was perfect and the staff were very professional. We used the system in one location for the ceremony music outside on the Delta King and moved it inside for the reception. It was very easy to use and the best deal around! I would highly recommend Live Sound Audio as an alternative to an expensive DJ. We set up several playlists on my iPod (ceremony, reception, dance music etc.), plugged it in and let it go. The sound quality was great.

We had them setup a sound system for a work event. We had a less than 5 star experience with Live Sound Audio. We have no complaints about reserving the equipment or the ordering process.
However, the customer support while renting their equipment was sub-​par (you will be lucky if you get a text back).
Trying to resolve the problem after the event was not fun either. Everything was our fault and no responsibility was taken for how they could have improved our customer experience or what they could have done better. It was our fault that we called the phone number that was given and we should have called a different phone number. We shouldn’t have specified a wireless mic, because that meant they wouldn’t set up a wired mic also. (Even though we payed extra for a wireless mic, and that the corded mic that was supposedly included in the package we paid for was missing the cord required to set it up). And finally, the sound system’s feedback was caused by us changing the settings after the technician left, even thought we didn’t change the settings.

My band played at the Techcrunch Disrupt (internet conference) after-​party in 2010. We hired James and he was top notch. In addition to excellent house sound and stage monitor mix, James also provided the stage (the venue didn’t have one), showed up early and had everything setup by the time the band arrived.
I would definitely work with James again and I often recommend him to others.

I used Live Sound Audio for a fundraising event, and not only were his prices extremely low, but James also includes free delivery and set up of the equipment. Josiah was right on time to drop off and set up the equipment, and for just $ 20 extra he picked up everything the next day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone holding an event.

James is the absolute best. His equipment is state of the art and he knows his stuff. We use him as much as he is available. His helped us out of a number of close calls. Great service, great equipment, in depth knowledge, outstanding trouble shooting.
