Super easy! Contacted them. Signed the contract via email and paid the deposit. Very affordable and they rent tables and chairs as well. The day of the event they showed up two hours prior to set up and left. The jump
house was super clean and it had a roof to help with the sun keeping it pretty cool. They showed up in the evening and picked up the chairs, tables and jumper. Highly recommended. Will use again in the future.

Pretty disappointed with this company, They were great to start-​scheduling was easy, confirmed the day before, easy to get a hold of except the day before there was a storm. I was notified the company would be dropping the bounce house off before 6AM to help accommodate everyone who had to reschedule their Saturday party’s that were rained out for Sunday and being in their situation I was trying to be helpful. They just never showed up, never called, never text, didn’t return my messages-​nothing. Our 40 friends and 16 kids sat in a nice empty field for 2 hours. They get 1 star because the actually refunded my $ 50 deposit before I was able to ask for it or even file a Paypal dispute. It is just really disappointing; I could’ve tried to find another company if they would have just been honest that they weren’t coming. When I originally called and inquired I made sure they would be available to drop off at our house and was assured that a Sunday was the better day to have the party because Saturdays are so busy. I will NEVER use this company again even if they offered me 5 free rentals. I didn’t even get an email apologizing or explaining. Nothing
