As fast food chains go this is just a review of a good time here, I was fortunate to come here when i needed a quick bite after studying for an exam or perhaps a breakfast bite, The staff are nice, the speed of service was quite good aswell, I’ts been a good place to meet with friends to discuss classwork and socialize. The drive through is as good as it gets. Friends prefer to zip through before heading back home and its convenient. One of the only acceptably quick fast food places in the area. Thankfully some of the staff are bi-​lingual.

Every time I go here I leave disappointed! The burgers are not fresh like they used to be. Before the burgers would be made right when you order it… now it tastes like the meat has been just sitting there for hrs. The cheese doesn’t even melt. I didn’t even bother to call because the food still would’ve been bad and I have went down this path before.

I love Carls Jr but every time i come to this location im faced with terrible customer service. Dont come here if you are easily frustrated with rude people. The employees always look miserable and are rude beginning to end.

I have come here almost every Monday night for a year plus now. My daughter has gymnastics down the street and she gets a treat after her activities. Tonight they left out a small order of fries when we ordered through the drive thru. We did not discover this until we got home. I had to wait until after I got my kids settled into bed to call. When I called I told the woman on the phone our exact order, total, and what time we came through, she told me the only way they would replace our missing fries was if I came back tonight. I will never return, this was their mistake. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service over something as simple as a small order of fries.

Disappointed. Ordered a California burrito combo and the person who wrapped the burrito has no damn clue on how to make a burrito! The burrito looked more like a kid size chimichanga! I felt ripped off for such a small item. I posted a picture of it on this location.

New ownership is sinking this resturant for something so small as a medium soda. The order was a spicy chicken meal medium my 8 yo daughter got the coke when we got home she said it tasted like water I looked at it and told her the machi né must have been out of syrup so I called and told them the coke was out they said sorry and asked if I wanted to come back to get a new soda, not wanting to spend $ 3.00 in gas for what amounts to $ .07 of syrup I just asked them to put my name in the book for a medium soda at a later date. I was told that the new owner got rid of that practice and if I wanted a replacement soda I would have to come back the same day

This is my favorite Carl’ s Jr. The food is always hot and prepared very well. Great customer service too.
The fish sandwich was very bland n had no flavor but had to try it since it was new item on the menu.
I love the chicken tenders with the honey mustard sauce… Very good!
The spicy chicken sandwich is classic which I order every time I go there.

Crisp cut fries were rock hard. Didn’t get extra cheese and was charged for it. And didn’t get correct receipt. Loaded burgers up with lots of lettuce.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat as I was in a hurry; went through the drive through since there was no one there and I could quickly be on my way.
I got a Mile-​high burger meal, medium, with a chocolate shake. Yep, it was great; just like the commercial made it sound.

Burgers usually we had from Carl’s Junior, but we finally tried their breakfast wasn’t bad too, except they over cooked the bacons :(
And if you are paying with ATM they will charged you extra :(

This is one of my favorite fast-​food places for burgers. They’re really tasty, loaded with ingredients and huge. Considering It’s a chain and their stuff is frozen, they actually have good burgers. I usually have to cut the burgers in half because they’re so big. I’m not a fan of their fries though. They’re not well salted and I always get a lot of limp ones in my bag every time. I must say, I’ve been here many times and they have not messed up on my order yet.

I really dislike this location, they always forget something when we order a lot of stuff and I’m too tired and lazy to drive back to get it. I’m afaid that when I do go back and complain they might spit in my food. So they are lucky that they open late and that I’m too lazy to cook anything and I have to go there to eat. On a good note, they let us use more than one coupons in a single transaction. Just started to use coupon from the mail. The new Texas BBQ burger that we tried did not look anything like on tv. Another reason I like carl jr is because it is flame broiled.

I love Carl’s Jr. the best in comparison to all the other fast food chains (McDonalds, Burgerking, Jack in the box, Wendy’s, Sonics, In n out, ect…). Six dollar burgers are awesome! (especially with a buy one get one free coupon) The service at this particular store is better than average. As far as coupons goes, Carl’s offers the best deals by far. I can’t give them 5 stars just because they are a fastfood chain but, they are close.

I like how this Carl’s Jr./Green Burrito features a self serve salsa bar. Although the items are very limited, I do enjoy the jalapeño pepers and banana peppers. Comparing the Big Carl with the Big Mac and the Big King, I do believe that the Big carl is the best and largest burger.
Frugal Tip: Carls Jr. always sends me coupons in the mail and in the news papers, I get them about every other week. This store has honored all of my coupons.

I prefer my burgers to be prepared char-​broiled, there are only two chains thAt primarily use this culinary method (Carl’s Jr/​Burger King). This Carl’s Jr scores high in areas location and convenience however food quality and service leave much to be desired. I’ve had quite a few instances where my concerns as a customer were met with excuses and combative rebuttal. I always order the #1 (famous star with cheese meal) lately the burger has been sloppy and the buns tend to flake off. The restaurant itself is always clean and orderly and this location offers the full Green Burrito menu which I appreciate.

A review of a fast food restaurant?
For the purposes of this review, I’ll narrow it to only one product and that being the sausage, cheese and egg breakfast biscuit.
The deal was 2 for $ 3 of what turned out to be really well sized and tasting breakfast sandwiches. A pretty good deal for a breakfast on the run, but for the sake of your health, share it!

Carl’s Jr is my fave chain fast food restaurant! Why you might ask? Options options options! Quick burgers, fries, fish sandwiches, tacos, burritos and much much more! But the best option is the ability to make any sandwich a low carb option! Wonderful idea! In the world of high calorie fast foods, this is an easy wonderful and tasty option! Both my hubby and I choose very often! The sandwich or burger is wrapped in lettuce, and I swear you will not miss the bread (and I am I devoted bread lover!).the taste is the same and full of flavor.
If you need to eat quick and fact but still trying to stay healthy, Carl is the man!

Our favorite fast food. Great variety, A lot of good choices for chicken sandwiches as well as hamburgers.
