Clean All Services

Anyway, I had this company come clean my place, and when I got back, my house literally looked like a complete different house! She left my house spotless! I was very pleased with her cleaning. Very good prices, nice lady, and wonderful customer service! I have had her clean my house for more than 4+ years! This is the only company I trust!

After having a baby and going back to work, I had no time to clean my house. Ever since I have been using this company on a weekly bases. I must say I would be lost without her! This lady is super sweet and does an amazing job. She goes above and beyond and leaves my home immaculate. She is very detailed and makes sure I’m satisfied. I would recommend her to anyone. A few of my co-​wokers have used her and were also very pleased.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. If you want an unreliable company and potentially no cleaning at all, call this lady. I have never written a 1 star review but feel obligated to warn other potential customers. I wish I had booked with a company that handles their business professionally. Short story: She canceled 10 minutes after she was supposed to arrive, tried to blame it on me, and would not respond when I tried to reschedule.
Long story: We made an appointment for 9am on a Thursday morning over text (owner requested text since she didn’t speak English well). The last text a few days earlier was confirming the date and time. I received a phone call Wednesday from an unknown # asking for my address. When I asked who if was or why they needed it, they stating (in broken English) for a cleaning that day (wed). I said nothing was scheduled for Wednesday but have a lady coming the following day and asked if she was associated with the same company. She said no. At 9am Thursday morning after no one showed up I text the original lady asking if we were still on for today, she said you never sent the address. I then sent her my address. She stated, because I did not send it prior, she canceled the appointment. (Even though she never mentioned the address prior or let me know she wouldn’t be coming) She said yesterday the lady was her sister and even though there was an obvious miscommunication due to a language barrier she will not show up. She never originally requested my address (something I didn’t even realize) or let me know someone would be calling from a different # asking to come by. I then asked if she could still make it or if we could reschedule for another time and never received a response through texted. Tried calling twice and no one picked up or called back. I am EXTREMELY disappointed this company and their lack of communication, no prior cancelation notification resulting in a no show, and unwillingness to respond back to reschedule.

We’ve all heard a lot of scary things about groupons from house cleaners, but with my wife’s birthday coming up, and our new baby just around the corner, my wife asked that I have someone clean the house for her birthday so it wasn’t a mess when the baby came. I rolled the dice and bought the $ 50 for $ 100 worth of cleaning services on groupon. Funny enough, we were in the hospital while Clean All Services cleaned our house :) We returned to a cleaner than expected house. Our primary concern was our much neglected master bathroom. What we found was a bathroom cleaner than when we had moved in! We appreciate the handwork she put in, and were amazed at all she could accomplish in 2 hours. Definitely well worth it, and we’re planning on having her come back again sometime soon!
