Bill has made his second visit because of how pleased I was the first time. My impressions haven’t changed. Bill is professional, efficient, skilled and on top of that, a very nice man. He repaired a leak under my kitchen sink when I hired him the first time, and replaced the filler valve in my Toto toilet today. His fee was reasonable.
When I called for an appointment, I was greeted in a friendly manner. An office is only as good as the office staff; that alone can make it or break it for me. I hope I don’t need his services again soon, but when I do, Elite Plumbing Solutions will be who I will call.

Showed up on time, did a great job. It wasn’t a large job, replace toilet insides, gaskets and wall valve. Was reasonable and was happy with results. Would recommend.
