Why didn’t I check these apartments when I first moved to Sacramento? Cozy, quiet, and clean! Loved the short period I was there and Tiffany McBride was extremely professional and very helpful!

I have lived at emerald vista for almost 6 months. The girls in the office are very helpful and the maintenance men are very quick to fix things with in 24 hours. I moved here to live somewhere quiet as a sleep during the day. They have updated the interior of the apartments and the rent is reasonable. I have referred many people here and I received and $ 200 credit on my rent.

Loved living here. We spent about 18 mths in a 2⁄2 apt. Never had any problems. Staff was always fair & available. The reason we moved out was due to pregnancy. We needed a larger place. I’ve recommended others to this place before. Just make sure you ask for an apt away from smokers. The odor can pass through the vents.

The apartments are a little outdated. The pool is small. A lot of kids running around. The new management is a lot nicer then the previous management. The lawn exc is always well maintained. The location is close to fast food chains and a drug store. The apartments are located in the older part of Elk Grove.
