This place is literally down the street from my house. Mainly come here to simply hangout or play pool. Their pool tables are great and its always a great time here. Downside is they take only cash. :(

Best local bar in town! This is a great place to hang out whether your a cowboy or a city girl! Lol. Every one is always friendly whether your a regular of not! Beer is always ice cold and great people to chat with! They have a nice patio in the summer and a great pool room with 2 pool tables. They are also serving snacks in case you get hungry!!! Great owners and people that run the place! Makes you want to come back over and over!

We recently moved to the Elk Grove area and happened to stumble upon this place one night when looking to go out close to home for a beer. Once entering this place, they are very welcoming and happy to see you. There is a pool area and a bar area and great service!
The people are nice and the prices are great! You can tell this is a «farmer» type bar, but we have not been disappointed. Come check it out, we will come back!

I love this bar!!! I come in from time to time and the atmosphere is so welcoming. There are great people in there and I always have a great time. The bartenders are all very nice, but it is my most recent experience with Amanda that made me want to write this review. She is amazing!!! She is very friendly and a great bartender. She went out of her way to get to know me and make sure that I felt welcome here. Good job Hay Tones for having an establishment with great people who make for a great time!!!

Horrible customer service. I mean the «bartender» barely said hello when I walked in. When she brought me a drink I said thank you– I didn’t even get a smile from her.

I drive past this place all the time on my way home and always wanted to check it out. I stopped by one day and caught some of the SF Giants Parade on TV. This place has everything. It has a convenience store, a bar, pool hall, darts, and nice local people. The bartender was very nice and the place had a «Cheers» kind of vibe to it. I decided to grab a beer because they had Monkey Knife Fight on tap. The beer was a little flat, but it still tasted good.
A nice local bar to grab a beer and to hang out with the locals.

Near convienience store snack, drink, and smoke assortment. Austin peanut butter orange cracker sandwiches, Schwan’s frozen pizza, and Swisher sweets? Check. Check. Check.

Drink tokens in jars labeled with regulars names. Prepaying? What a responsible way to budget your drinking habit.
Just heading into the rural area just south of Elk Grove is where you’ll find it. Across the street from the skating rink. Needless to say you’ll run into some characters here. Plenty of pool tables (4), a internet juke, a nice flat screen TV, cheap draft beer, and a patio. Doesn’t sound too bad does it?
