Wish I could give a zero. Jessica, a girl working in the office has no customer service skills and it’s very argumentative. I had a maintenance issue and called maintenance to report it. He told me he didn’t know what to tell me, that he didn’t live on-​site and he couldn’t come til Monday. It was on Friday that I called. Obviously they don’t put their residents first. Very unhappy here and definitely looking at other options. Don’t make the same mistake!
