Zoey is very nice, and very friendly… most especially she did an awesome job! She is very meticulous about her work, which i love about her. she wants her client to be happy! Tracy is very nice too and very helpful! I highly recommend Zoey. cut and color… very very nice work

Last Friday I decided on the spot to do an ombré and I looked up many places in South sac and elk Grove and came across this place. I have never found a place I could potentially come back to and now I have! Set up a last minute appointment and got such an amazing result! I never expected too much because I know I will never get what picture I show, not everything turns out the same. I’m in love with the way it turned out! My was my hair stylist and she is very considerate and great. She knows her stuff! My hair was so damaged that I got a treatment too but she threw in a free haircut. Thanks a bunch My, will definitely come back!

Every time I go here Zoey always does a great job at understanding exactly what I want and how I want it. The results always comes out to what I want or sometimes even better than we thought it’ll turn out. Thank you Zoey for always doing my hair and even when it’s challenging sometimes.

I always see Tracy for haircuts. She’s so sweet and always wants her client to look their best. I saw her again the other day and wanted a short bob, and after consulting with her, I left with a longer bob I was very pleased with. I think if I didn’t listen to her and went with my initial plan, I wouldn’t be too thrilled. Thanks again Tracy!

I love this place. Loco & Tracy does a fantastic job on their mail service. Very friendly people. Did my nails just like as they would do theirs. I love going back each time.

disappointed with the horrible ombres. waited 8 hours to get the most ugliest ombré. My hair color went from black to blonde. that is honestly not an ombré customers are looking for. I got my hair toned down to a brown, and within a month… my hair color faded to a blonde color. so fed up with my results, and now i had to spend more money and time to fix my hair. so upset, worst experience ever. dont ever go there. its a waste of money

I had my gel mani done by a guy (didn’t catch his name). He was nice/​ok, but there was not a lot of colors to pick from. I think they need to spend money on refilling their nail polish, because the guy kept shaking the bottle really hard just to get the last drip -.- I don’t think they sterilize their equipment either. Also, he rushed at the end when another customer showed up. Overall, the gel manicure was not bad so I’m giving this place 2 stars, and the price was $ 19 which is the cheapest I’ve paid for gel. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back because of the limited color choices and cleanliness issues.
Okay, now for the weird part. I was halfway through my mani when the owner (I think her name is Zooey) started arguing with a customer about the hair color she wanted. The customer was asking if they could give her highlights without changing her base, and then Zooey was flat out annoyed and rude! It was a simple yes or no question but she kept going on and on about how it wouldn’t work and how her way would be better. She was so loud I was surprised the customer didn’t just walk out. She definitely needs to work on her customer service!

Diana does an awesome with facials!!! My pores on my nose were horrible with a ton of black heads an Diana helped clear it up very well been back 3 times. She’s super nice and very knowledgeable about skin. Thank you Diana!

Zoey has horrible customer service. She needs a receptionist but she would rather manage her own schedule because she is so controlling over her clients. Yet, she doesn’t know how to communicate and return messages until the next day. I think her head is getting so big from the compliments now she’s losing sight of business etiquette.

Tracy is amazing. She excels at making sure you feel comfortable while she works on your hair and makes sure you know upfront what she needs to do to transform your hair into how you want it. She takes her time and doesn’t rush to get to the next customer which shows that she is all about quality. She has a ‘can do’ attitude and is very talented. I will definitely be returning for any hair appointments because Tracy is my go-​to gal.

Came here last minute on a Tuesday morning. I called first to see if they could do 2 haircuts. She said she was alone but could do is one after the other. So my sister and I went in. Got our hair cuts and we’re done. I believe her name was Amy. Really nice. Cuts were nice. No complaints.

This is my second year with This place after discovering them on Unilocal.I love how they are so friendly know how to listen and is patient with all their clients. It seems like your satisfaction Is really important to them and I truly respect that! Zoey is a master hair colorest to my opinion. She’s my stylist. Im Asian and had requested an insanely odd hard ash color and she would work on me until it turns. I’m so happy with her. I definitely recommend this place to all!

I wish I could write a review about my experience and the service I received, but I never had a chance to experience any services. I walked in to Laguna Springs Salon & Spa at 5:56pm and asked if they could squeeze me in for a gel manicure. Unfortunately the woman who greeted me said there was not enough time, which is odd because the salon has their business hours printed on the door. It reads:

9:30−7:00pm
Looks likes pedicure takes longer than an hour these days. Too bad for Laguna Springs Salon because I’ll make sure not to refer friends and coworkers who love and work right around the corner. Thanks for your lovely accommodations :)

Went in to transform my difficult black (dyed) hair to blonde and was unhappy my first visit. I had chippy highlights and didn’t want my hair to look streaked but that’s what I got. I left unsatisfied but returned the next day and spoke to the manager who saw me right away and was determined to fix the problem. She added a ton of highlights and explained that my hair was difficult to work with because of the black dye but that she wouldn’t stop until I was satisfied. She spent 5 additional hours adding highlights and toned my hair to the caramel blonde color I wanted. I left ecstatic. Will definitely be back again for another set of highlights and touch ups to be blonder. Thank you guys for taking care of me!

Got my hair dyed full blonde yesterday by Tracy and Zoey. They were both really nice and cared for their customers. They checked my hair multiple times to make sure it was perfect before they let me leave the salon. They were closed by 7 but they stayed till almost 9 to finish my hair. I would definitely be coming back to this salon!

I got my hair done on the same day as Liz B and can attest to the fact that Zoey was completely up front with what she was doing to Liz’s hair. Liz came in with BLACK hair and wanted blonde highlights. Of course when you see yourself with blonde highlights for the first time, you’re going to be surprised at how bright your hair looks. I was the exactly the same way when I first got my hair highlighted blonde. Zoey advised Liz to allow her to tone the color down, but Liz’s facial expression at the moment already showed dissatisfaction. She then replied «Okay. yeah do whatever». I personally thought Zoey did a great job with the hair color. Not that many hair stylist can give you that nice (not dirty blonde) color everyone hope for.
Then came the cut. Liz wanted Zoey to give her more volume because her hair was flat. Zoey told her that in order for that to happen; she would have to give Liz more layers. Of course if you are going to cut layers into a person’s hair, you have to CUT OFF SOME HAIR! I watched Zoey give Liz layers but she did not once touch her length. Then Liz threw a fit and looked down onto the floor saying her length was cut off. LOL! I guess once you’re unsatisfied with one thing. you’ll be unsatisfied with everything else. Liz continued to argue with Zoey and that’s when Zoey became irritated. Heck, I would be too if someone continued to accuse me of something I didn’t do!
I’m usually not one to bash on other people, but after what I witnessed that day I really felt bad for Zoey. She was completely booked and still made time to squeeze this girl in who was 2 HOURS late for her appointment. LOL! Maybe things wouldn’t have been so bad if she was on time for her appointment eh?
This was my first time having Zoey work on my hair (as I am really picky with my hair stylist) and I have to admit she did an excellent job with my cut, touch up and peeka boo highlights. She is highly recommended in my books and I will definitely go back for my future hair services.

Laguna Spring Salon & Spa is a small salon tucked away in a shopping center on Laguna. On first glance it’s easy to discount the salon as another low budget Asian salon that you go to when you’re in a rush or when you are on a very tight budget. However this salon breaks the stigma and stereotypes associated with asian salons. It offers a warm and friendly environment, and you can tell the employees sincerely care about making their customers feel comfortable and look great.
I have been seeing Zoey for haircuts and highlights for several years now. She is the only person I will let touch my hair and she has never disappointed. She does a wonderful job working with you to get a style that suits you and that you love. Not only is she talented and skilled at her craft, but she is excellent at communicating with you to understand exactly what kind of look you want.
Laguna Spring Salon & Spa is gem of a salon and far from your typical Asian salon. They offer the quality and service of an upscale salon for a very affordable price.

I get my hair done by Zoey! When I came in a few months ago I did a Japanese straightening treatment. My hair was baldy damage but after the treatment the condition of my hair was fantastic. I want my hair to grow long and healthy. I get my hair hot oiled two times a month and the shampoo and conditioner she mentioned really helped and is still helping my hair become more healthy. When ever I get a chance to go I always feel welcomed by Zoey and the other employees. The atmosphere is always positive. Ever since I met zoey I been going to her salon and no one else’s. She’s amazing, friendly, and heart warming. I totally recommend that you give this place a try!
