I used to come here regularly with my 3 boys. Not sure if ownership or management has changed. Typically I would use a coupon on back of Safeway receipt (from Safeway located just down the road on Laguna Blvd). I am told, «that is for another location, we no longer accept that coupon». I had an emailed coupon from Supercuts in my phone from this location that I showed and they said, «sorry, has to be printed». The prices are going up, they are not accepting coupons. The haircuts are fine but we will be looking for another location in the future.
Update 3÷7÷16− coupons at Safeway now include this location. Will continue to come back.

My 18-​year-​old son just got his hair cut here. Showed the stylist a picture of what he wanted, but she cut it way too short. It’ll take at least a month to grow out enough to come close to the right style. Overall, it’s an okay cut, but it’s not what he asked for. Bummed.

Went here for the first time today since I work close by. Fast, efficient service and friendly too. The price is right and it’s nice inside, unlike some other places that never seem to clean. I understand that getting a haircut can be a different experience depending on the actual person who cuts your hair but my experience was great.

Horrible horrible service. I called in to see if they would take us and they said if we came in by 7 they would take us but once we got there at 6:59 they locked the doors and waited till it was past 7 to come out and unlock it to tell us it was past 7. If you didn’t want to take us you could of told me right off the phone instead making me drive all the way there to make me wait pass 7 and tell me I came pass 7. I would never recommend this place to anyone and it was a men’s haircut that would of been only 10 minutes max. Never coming back and never referring anyone to this place. Goodbye

My husband comes here every once in a while when I’m too lazy to cut his hair or when he doesn’t have cash to go to his regular place cause they only accept cash and we barely have cash, just debit cards. Tammy and Muav usually help him and they do such a good job with the cut with a reasonable price.
I like the cut and they are so nice. I’m writing this review as I wait for his haircut and they are almost done! They took him in right when he walked in… as I’m observing the place is tidy and neat and kid friendly with kid toys on the side.

I used to come here all the time for a simple cut but now I feel like some of the stylists can’t even do that properly now. I know if you’re coming here, you’re paying for a cheaper haircut in the first place. I wanted to step it up a notch and get an A-​line longer bob and the stylist basically refused and wouldn’t give any suggestions. She just kept saying «it’s up to you» but then didn’t end up doing what was «up to me». If you want a straight trim because you’re growing your hair out… then this place can do that. Otherwise, I would try to find some place that actually discusses options with you and tries to cut to your needs and style. Supercuts is charging more and more for haircuts that aren’t worthy.

Followed Jennifer when she moved to Greatcuts on Bruceville. Never going back to Supercuts. This place is overpriced and the Manager is very rude to her employees in front of customers and that is not okay with me. Go see Jennifer at Greatcuts, regular haircut is only 12 bucks!

I came here after my hair grew out from a previous haircut from a different shop, so wanted to keep kind of the same style just better. The girl up front told me it would be about 10 mins and it was actually about 5. I can’t remember the name of the stylist but she was very attentive and did a great job! I will definitely come back when I’m in the area needing a cut!

Our hair stylist’s name was Elizabeth. She did a great job on my cut, and they were SUPER patient with my child (who does not love haircuts) even when he started screaming — they stopped, distracted him — and maintained a smile on their faces. I was embarrassed, but they made it seem like no big deal. Thank you!

I went in Saturday night without an appointment and got seen within 5 minutes. Tami was very professional and knowledgeable, she was polite and made my experience a great one! Will be back to see her soon. Convenient location and great prices! :)

I’ve been coming here for a LONG TIME. The receptionists are ALL always great. Friendly and professional. No complaints about ANYONE there, but Genevieve cuts my hair and she’s just the best. Period. I don’t even mention what I want done, nor does she ask. That’s how long I’ve stuck with her! Just AWESOME!
I’d definitely recommend this Supercuts to anyone. And I would recommend any of the stylists. But Genevieve is just great. If you want a haircut with no mistakes, and results that are precisely what you expected, ask for her. And you’ll be back!

Walk in and promptly get seated.
Me: «One mullet, please.» Then I let the stylist «talk me out of it».
«Did you just get off work?» I answer accordingly.
The stylist finishes up quick AZN cut and I’m out. Peace.
3 stars mostly because the young, aesthetically pleasing cashier still actually thinks my act is funny.
