Ive been here a few months, and I am happy… Not much to complain about since the people in the office have taken care of all complaints promptly. Oh yeah, the creepy pervert guy that everyone in this complex talks about is moving thank god…:)

The management is ALWAYS changing! They’ve had 4 people in the past year that I’ve lived here. They’ve lost my paperwork/​pay stubs or they forget to make you fill out the paperwork. Parking is extremely limited even to residents, even if you have a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment and multiple people in your household you are only allowed 1 covered parking slot. 1! So if you choose to pay for a garage you are allowed to 2 parking slots, your garage and a covered parking slot. People who pay for a garage still park in the free parking area and management does nothing about it. Old management has charged me an incorrect price on rent for 2 months. Having lived here makes me never want to live in an apartment ever again. The company and management are the worst I’ve ever come across.

Funny how they have so many inspections but NEVER FIX ANYTHING. My sink hasn’t been caulked down like they said they would. Some 12 year old looking boy came in to our apartment to take a look at it said he had to grab something and would be right back. Never came back. Our front door light hasn’t been replaced which they said they would order and never came in.
