I already was agitated before stepping foot into the store because on my way over for the first visit I been trying to call ahead of time to place an order to pick up but there was no phone # listed. I did mention to the cashier who did take ownership and apologize for it. We placed our order and YES just like previous reviews there was also a long wait for two drinks and an order for chicken. I did appreciate the associate who did inform me prior that it would be a 20min wait but we actually waited for 30mins. Anyways even though they were pretty professional with customer service, the combination between no phone# and slow service and not-so-yummy diluted milk tea is the reason I decided to give 2stars. It’s just not worth the wait time for a below average product that’s suppose to be ur main specialty. Maybe they did my drinks first and it waited as long as I did for the chicken to be done causing my drink to taste watered down but thats just my theory.

Service here is pretty bad. Last time I came, it was a guy who spoke in a low and monotone voice, who seemed like he didn’t care about customer service at all. This time I came, the girl was texting on her phone WHILE I was ordering and was still texting afterwards! Every time I come here they always run out of something that I want! Their drinks are okay. Nothing great. The milk tea tastes powdery and they are chinchy with the toppings. Mainly, it’s their poor customer service that leaves a lasting impression.

I’ve had multiple visits and I’m very satisfied with my service every time! The staff is great and very friendly. Makes me feel incredibly welcome. Not only are they very friendly, they’re super fast, talk about«QUICK“ly! Always GONNA pick this place over any other boba place!

Growing up, Quickly was always the place to get cheap boba to quickly satisfy that craving. After boba places started popping up all over the Elk Grove and Sacramento area, I started finding my favorite places and visiting those instead. Since this place just opened right across the street from my neighborhood, my mom and I thought we would give this place a try. The first time we went, it took over 20 minutes to get 2 boba drinks, fried tofu, and the fried chicken. On top of that, I had to ask for my mom’s chicken twice before they started making it. Other people were being given their food before us, not because they cut in line, but because the workers personally handed it to them. While ordering, we asked for our food to be spicy, but they told us we add it when we get it. I’m sorry, we do what? We only know how to make top ramen and boxed mac and cheese, but okay. we’ll figure it out… When we finally got our food, we went to add the seasonings, but it was a very inconvenient and inefficient system. Once you pour the spice in, the steam makes the seasonings stick to the top pieces and you can’t really shake around your food because the tiny bags are full. There were pieces that were absolutely tasteless and others that were super spicy. Wouldn’t it be easier(and cleaner) if the workers did it in the back while they were completing orders? Anyway, since my mom and I have short term memory and we don’t really learn from our mistakes, we keep coming back here thinking it’ll be better, only to be disappointed again. My mom’s Thai Tea always tastes funny. She says it tastes like they try to make it with floral teas. I always stick with my Honey Green Tea, but the boba is always hit or miss. It can be soft and chewy and other times, it is hard with a slimy coating. I’d say the quality of the tea would be more acceptable if the prices were still cheap like they once were. Over the years, Quickly has raised their prices where it probably would just be better to pay a couple extra cents for higher quality tea farther down Elk Grove Blvd. There are some things I don’t understand. Like why we have a Tea Rex and a Quickly so close to each other, I have no idea, but now we can choose between the lesser of two evils. Also, this is place has the slowest boba service I’ve ever experienced. Brace yourselves for a cheesy joke, but have you considered changing your name to Slowly?

From the moment I came in I knew I would regret it. The place was pretty empty but we weren’t greeted. Then when I asked the cashier about their macaron ice cream he made no eye contact and proceeded to call his coworker over. I thought he was going to ask her about the ice cream, nope they ended up joking around before he bothered to mumble an answer to my question. I should have left then and there. How rude lol. The drink was fine, just like any quickly milk tea but this service is worst of any location I’ve ever been to.

I remember being in love with quickly. I don’t remember why anymore ahahahhahaha. That’s so mean. But the flavor has died for me. Maybe that’s because I went on a tapioca frenzy, so I know what quality taste like now. Ahahha. I went here after work, because the McDonalds line was too long and I didn’t want to wait. So I thought oh let’s try this place out. Same owner as the one in the Laguna village plaza. The girl that helped me out was super nice. Very friendly. It’s smaller than the Laguna village building, but that’s ok. It’s very cute. I ordered the regular milk tea with boba and a mango green tea. The taste just wasn’t there for me anymore. But it’s not bad. Enough for me to come back because it’s the closes thing in the neighborhood. Well besides t-Rex. Service was great but this is based on the tea itself because it’s a tea/tapioca shop.

The last time I visited this place(10-10-2015) I was pretty disappointed. The beverage I ordered was a thai tea and it was not what it has been in the past.

I was so looking forward to this boba place and falling in love with it. My expectations out of this place was for it to be outstanding because it is in elk grove which there are MANY boba places that they are competing with. So my sister and I were ordering our drinks and she ordered a large milk tea with mini boba and I ordered the yogurt(tart) smoothie with rainbow jelly. The guy taking our order didn’t even know that was on the menu and when I pointed it to him, he leaned over to the manager(which was sitting at the table) and asked if they had that drink. She said yes and had no expression which made it seem odd to me. Anyways, we ordered our drinks and sat down watching them make the drinks bc its very visible to see the kitchen from outside. We have been to the quicklys on bruceville and they have outstanding service there so our expectation were pretty high for this place. It took about 9−10min to make TWO drinks and we need to go somewhere after it so my eye was on the clock. The girl that was making the drinks seemed like she was stressed to the max when there was only 3 customers there. When I came to pick up the drinks, the other guy(not the one that took my order) asked if I needed something… I need my drinks that took forever??? The fact that they were looking at us like we were crazy as we were watching them make our drinks was unbelievable. The manager should really choose carefully who they hire if they want a successful business. Im only giving 2 starts bc the drink was decent(even though my yogurt drink tasted like milk and water) and I havent had enough experience of this place to give 1 star

I’ve been here twice. And both times my order was wrong. Service is slow. I know it just opened, so the staff are still working out the kinks. Won’t stop me from coming back, I love boba drinks and location is near my house. One suggestion, staff should repeat order to make sure they got it correctly.

So excited that a boba place opened up in Elk Grove so close to home. a 5 minute drive. This place is located on the corner of Harbour Point and Elk Grove Boulevard(a couple store fronts down from the Golden Arches). We were anxious to try the place out and headed there on Sunday(day after their grand opening). Place is not very large — actually on the VERY small side. Maybe seats roughly 16 — 20 persons. Menu is not the same as other Quickly locations(very limited menu). Was a little disappointed with this fact. Am so use to seeing the large selections at the other locations. Sort of a Quickly Express. I had inquired about the juice drinks & their response was they only had stuff like rose tea. Ok, not what I asked for. So we went ahead and ordered their Passion Fruit Slush with Boba, Red Bean Slush with Boba and a Honeydew slush with Boba. The drinks came out in now time at all. As part of their grand opening special, they were offering a «free» mason jar to customers who ordered a minimum of $ 5. We ended up spending $ 15(so I assumed we would get 3 jars, apparently I did not read the sign very closely; so I took another look & it says«free» mason jar with a minimum purchase of $ 5). Jar was cute but I guess I really did not need more than 1. We had read reviews on this place on grand opening day that the A/C unit was not working. Well, the next day that we had gone, the A/C was not working that well… was a little warm inside plus hard to hear with the massive fan blowing in the store to cool the place down. Nice & clean. I just hope their menu expands a bit to include a few more options. Maybe I am just use to the LARGE menu offerings found at the other Quickly locations. Not bad & will most likely be trying them again in the future.

Nom Nom status initiated! I was excited when I saw this opening around the block. Glad we got to try it today. Love that they have a great variety of snacks like eggettes, chicken wings, and they are opened late til 11pm! That’s the best part about it. When your craving a late snack in elk grove, we have a place to head to.

Must be a new place because the bathroom is spotless! Pretty small inside compared to other Quicklys that I’ve been to. The first thing I notice walking in is a strong odor of ?? Smells like Chinese tamales to me. if you don’t know what those are you might be offended by the odor. I like the smell so I was ok with it. Anyway consider that there were only 2 people ahead of us, it seemed to take a little while to get our drinks, but they might be because they are so new. The drinks are just OK, But that’s pretty consistent with all the Quicklys. On the positive side they are on my way home which makes it really convenient and they are about $ 1 cheaper that other places that I go.

FREEQUICKLYMASONJARS ! Well this is offered because of a grand opening special! it works for every transaction of $ 5 spent anything on the menu. It is whir supplies last! Vibe After seeing my friend announcing the free mason jar, i knew i had to make a quick stop, before it runs out! Next thing i know i come in here and they didn’t mention anything about the promotion, i just had to make sure if it was true, and yes it was! Ordered me a popcorn chicken which was $ 5 and 2 drinks which was over $ 5. Yes i had an extra person with me, which was my momma and of course she wanted the cool swag too! we needed up getting 2 mason jars! yay us! Service They were friendly and quick in service. Also patient with answering my questions. The wait for the food and drink was fast. We requested the drinks to be put into the mason jars, so yes they washed it before putting in the cup. As well for each cup per drink, it saves you .10 like wow, yes every little bit adds up. Boba I have tasted better boba quality from other quickly locations. The boba was less chewy and less flavor. I didnt really care for it. As well with my drink, which i ordered the tiger milk tea. My momma got the mango milk tea with less sweet, and she said it wasn’t good either. Kk, we were like maybe we got the wrong stuff, so we had to revisit another quickly on freeport with other drinks and boba in it, the results was much better just speaking of the boba quality. Anyhow we didnt like boba from here, maybe it was just the second day of opening, but not sure, maybe will give it another try in the future. Popcorn chicken This was ! Glad they didn’t mess this up! The chicken was flavorful, and of course had to add sriracha and spicy powder to spice everything up! so good and we got full from it! yes i highly recommend this! Overall it was an ok experience, new and bright inside, with a clean bathroom. Just glad we got our mason jars and yes it is worth $ 3.75 each which they sell at other locations. We love to rep put quickly love and also make the world a better environment with bringing in our own cup! Thanks for reading and lets get some quickly!

I was here yesterday for their grand opening, I got Thai Milk Tea and it tasted great compared to the other Quickly I’ve been too! However, the space is really small. BUT the staff was really friendly. The AC was also not working yesterday, they attempted to fix it even after I left.

This review is strictly for this day. We live about 4 minutes from here so we been eyeing for this store to open up. We came to check it out around 4pm and the line was all the way to the parking lot. I kid you not it was looking gloomy but my kids didn’t care so as a parent you stuck it out and wait. It was hot inside since their AC was broken. Wow from all the days of a hot day the AC had to be broken on the grand opening(soft opening). The place is very small compare to other locations. We order 4 separate drinks in order to get the mason jar since each transaction has to be $ 5.00 or more. I think that’s a rip off. If your giving freebies for grand opening you shouldn’t put a price per order. I mean for a bobba drinks really. Anyways after 20 minutes of sweating and waiting our drinks was YELLED really loud from the staff in the counter. I thought that was scary. I mean this place is not big were people won’t hear their number called. Well I hope they get their act together in a few days then I will revisit and change my review but the experience today was a 2 star rating.

Please figure out your operations and test AC before opening for business. Longest wait ever for a few pieces of fried food and most basic plain milk tea. Check out other top rated and effective business models like T4 and Shared Tea who always have line out the door but also always deliver much higher quality service 15 minutes tops.

Like recent reviewers have incidated, it was busy but was expected for a grand opening. There was a steady flow of people coming in but the wait for drinks wasn’t too bad. It was definitely warm and the small space didn’t help. Aslo, I wish the girl at the counter didn’t yell out your number so loud.

I found my new favorite drink! The passion fruit rose tea, so light and refreshing! Too bad the line was so long or I would’ve gotten another one. I also got the honey milk tea and popcorn chicken which were good. This location is pretty small with a few tables. It’s clean and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the AC wasn’t working so it was pretty hot. The worker said that the AC was working the day before, but it wouldn’t work today and the tech tried to fix it, but couldn’t get into something(ugh can’t remember what she said!). Oh well, things like this happen. Anyway, yay to it being on I-5 side!

Opened prematurely. No A/C. It’s like a sauna in here. The thermostat shows 91 degrees in here. It’s 2:00PM on 9÷19÷2015. Service is slower than other locations. The good: Easy parking Drinks are consistent with other locations. and as always, *Review will be updated based on future experiences.
