Some employees were really rude except for, Mia and Laura. They were really nice and helpful.

THEWORSTMCDSEVER!!! Do not go here! Spent 20 mins ordering 2 meals! The guy at the window had no idea what we were asking for. They had to get a girl to help him and she still didn’t know how to place the order. Went up to pay after all the trouble and they didn’t have the two meals we wanted. This location seriously needs to get some new employees or train your employees better! They told us they weren’t serving a certain breakfast item after 11am, it was 11:02am!!! If I wasn’t sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins maybe you could serve me what I asked for!

Waiting 25 minutes at this point. They won’t give me my money back so I can leave. Toilets are overflowing with 2 inches of standing water. How is this possible?

Writing this as I sit in the drive thru and it has now been 14 minutes and still no food and no one has moved in line. This McDonald’s needs new management or just SOMETHING! The drive thru takes about 30 mins with only 3 cars. And I’m only writing this review based on multiple visits not just one visit to make things more fair. Every time i come here to grab some breakfast there is always something missing !!! I’d rather drive a few more minutes to the one by target next time so that I get everything I pay for. Came home and of course something went wrong. As you can see I asked for Bbq sauce and sweet and sour. Well I didn’t get EITHER !!! Instead they gave me ranch. How hard is it to read an order and get it right !? It’s hard to understand these type of people when they want to get paid $ 15 an hour but can’t seem to follow simple directions. I will now be coming back to this location even though it’s only 2 minutes from my house.

I figured, being on the better part of town, service would match its location. wrong. Seeing these reviews makes me wonder if management needs to be changed. Ordered from drive thru, picked up food, girl appeared to be in hurry and closed window. I waived the girl down, she pretended not to see me until i honked. I asked for a cup of water, she said she couldn’t because other drinks were already in line? I asked if anyone else can get me a simple cup of water she said i would have to come in. I’m at drive thru for a reason. I drove off in utter shock at the lack of service. Ks#13 is on the receipt but not sure if that’s the girl at window 2 who served me or the friendly cashier at window 1. She is a young Latina. I really hope she is talked to and customer service is strongly emphasized because she had none. Not coming to this one anymore, esp since management hasn’t contacted me regarding the issue.

I felt that this McDonald’s deserved an update. They fixed the app issue and now accept the coupons, which I appreciate very much. They usually get my orders right, but once in a while, they’ll make mistakes here and there, which would be great if they could work on that. But overall, it’s a nice McDonald’s to go to in the area, and I usually visit this location fairly often.

This location is extremely slow. Idk why but every time i come here it takes forever! And thats inside and the drive thru, they both take forever. It seems like their whole staff is new. But on the bright side the food always seems to be fresh when i order.

Been here multiple times, live nearby. Swing by in an emergency. Never never never get anything right. Huge line at drive through, Space people were pulling out and leaving. Some were driving some were driving to the front to go inside. I did the same. Employees were just meandering around not really doing anything. No one was helping anyone at the counter. Waited for five minutes a whole bunch of people were just leaving in disgust. I ended up leaving without having anybody even greet me.

Soooo, JUSTKIDDING at McDonalds serving breakfast all day. Only corporate stores«may» serve it, but after waiting 30 minutes in the drive through line, they informed me they serve a VERY limited menu during non-breakfast hours! Rat bastards! WTH?

Dreadful. . I’ve had consistent unpleasant experiences at this location, however, an incident today was far too much. I came in earlier today for breakfast with a friend, I knew what my order would be and couldn’t have imagined it to be such a hassle for the cashier. The cashier was Alexander(Alex) who asked what I want to order in a stern voice, I simply replied in my most courteous and general manner, «An order of the hotcakes without sausage and one sausage mcmuffin, I would also like to request a fresh order please.» He looked at me dead center and chuckled a bit, then proceeded by saying, «Well, it is fresh. What? Do you think it just comes out of a box?» *chuckling continues* I didn’t say anything and just brushed it off, I couldn’t even believe how disrespect this individual was. Honestly, customer service aside for a second, have you any decency? I was far more courteous than I usually am just because of the frequent discrepancies at this location. I then check my receipt and immediately notice that he put in an order for a Hotcakes w/sausage order, c’mon. . You want to disrespect me and then mess up my order? I made it very clear and there really shouldn’t have been any confusion, it wasn’t at all busy in front either. I had to tell another girl working who then gave me a refund back on my debit card, which is quite a hassle because now I’ve got to wait to retrieve the money the cashier made me lose out on. In short, I simply don’t feel welcomed by this location in the slightest anymore. I’m just shocked really, to top it all off the cashier didn’t even manage to press the«ask me» button which displays whether or not the cashier requested it as fresh or not. My advice: At the very least, you should give and receive mutual respect, especially as an employee.

Tonight I tired to use a coupon on my phone that a friend of mine told me about that lives in Rancho Cordova, they wouldn’t take it, this isnt the first time at this location, most of the coupons I’ve tried to use here in the past have been denied to me. And to say the least, that can be super upsetting, especially when you’re on a budget. Honestly I’m very passionate about McDonalds I’ve always really enjoyed their food. To add insult to injury, when I ordered my food tonight: 2 double cheeseburgers 1 large fry 1 three piece mozzarella sticks And a holiday pie. I got home and found, 2SINGLE cheese burgers, a lowsy large hardly full fry, and hard cold mozzarella sticks. At least the pie was nice and hot. And my receipt said I paid for double cheeseburgers. I eat here once or twice a week depending how late I end up getting an opportunity to eat because this particular location closes earlier than most. So I’d say I’m a regular to this location, so I feel I have an accurate opinion. Aside for not being able to use my coupon, the customer service was good. But at McDonald’s the only thing that’s supposed to be good is the food. Hope the manager will make this right. It’s the only close McDonalds to my house. Again… Disappointed in you McDonald’s…again…

I rarely write reviews but wanted to share my experience that I had today. I’m standing in line and there’s an employee taking orders. The place is not busy. The employee takes one order and then waits for the order to be completed before taking the next. While we are waiting another customer leaves. We have yet to be acknowledged. Another employee who appears to be on break walks up to the register with her wallet in hand. She then motions to another employee and proceeds to place an order of hash browns in front on me. I told all of them that we are in line and had yet to even be acknowledged. All we got was a dumb look. Never ever going back here

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds ever. The owners should seriously consider hiring someone with at least some competence to manage this place. The staff are ill trained and ridiculously slow. Each visit, you can expect some sort of a wait. Waiting on the fries to be ready, or coffee to be made… etc If your meal has fries and you’re one of those weird ones who likes to have it with ketchup, make sure you ask. Because they will NEVER include them. This is the first time where a McDonalds is this poorly operated. I can’t blame the staff as they are generally nice. They are simply ill trained or whoever manages the places doesn’t know what he/she is doing.

Walked to our local McDonalds with my toddler and I was not happy with the cleanliness. The floors had garbage everywhere and tables not cleaned off which was hard for me to find a clean table for us. The service was friendly and great which always are when I go through the drive thru. Should also focus on presentation. Hopefully on our next walk in visit it will look better.

This McDonalds has a nice interior and food always tastes the same at all McDonald’s. My review is on the cashier that just took my order. He was taking forever to give people their change. Finally it was my turn and realized he was 12 cents short… not that 12 cents means much to me… but what bothered me was he was doing it to everyone! I told the manager and the cashier said he ran out of change to give to customers. So his plan was to keep giving everyone the wrong change because we he was out???

This McDonalds is one of the newer ones in Elk Grove. Right off of I-5 so it’s convenient if you are on a road trip and passing by. Parking near the entrance has some spots but there are more farther away. Drive thru entrance is around the building and there isn’t a concrete barrier to guide you so you have plenty of room to navigate. Inside McDonalds is more modern looking than others. They actually have different furniture at some locations. You do have your standard tables and chairs but there is one area in which it’s more of a lounge. Came in to order 2 happy meals and the cashier was super nice to us. Knowing we are adults and just want the minion toy, she made a conversation with us saying she would have done the same thing with a smile on her face. Food was the usual tasted the same as others. Nothing special just fast food. So far I have no issues with the drive thru and I hope it continues that way.

This is McD of choice on my way home from work. Out of all the McDs off I-5S and I-99S, I pick this one because the other closer to home do not make their food items right. At least at this McD, they know how to salt their fries. However, this has a busy drive thru almost every Friday night. So far, I haven’t had any issues with the staff or food at this McD until the other night. They forget an item of mine when I ordered through the drive thru. I drove away and once I got home, they forgot it and I was furious. I called and called and no one answered. Eventually I got hold of someone and they definitely understood. I still like this McD and hope they don’t mess up orders usually. I think the employee was distracted because he told me my nuggets will be ready shortly so I thought they had my fries ready, but they didn’t.
