Great customer service. They seem to really care about their customers. Each time I have gone in they ask if I need help and walk me right to the part I need and are willing to offer fix-​it advice for someone who is not that handy. Everyone that I have run into has been a big help.

This Ace store may not be huge but it has all the basic items you would need, in addition to the classic charm of a rural hardware store. I was randomly in the area and remembered that I needed to have a key cut, so I stopped in. I got what I needed and was in-​and-​out in 5 minutes. Easy peasy. The key I got was this cool sugar skull design I haven’t seen anywhere else before– neat!

I love this place, it’s close to home and has great customer service. I went there for paint and they were very knowledgeable. You could never get service like this at a big box store!

Same experience every time I go in. No one asks me if I need help and employees horsing around and talking loud. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Hire an adult to oversee the childish employees. Prices are much higher as well. Worth the trip to Lowes. Sorry owners. It’s true.

I needed something in a pinch. They had what I needed at a fair price and I got in and out in a hurry. Sometimes its just as fast to go to the country as it is to head to Home Depot. And there are far less people and way shorter lines. Thanks, ACE! I’m a fan!
