Cute little salon! Everyone is so friendly here and does a great job with hairstyles. I got my hair done for a friend’s wedding and Jennifer not only did my hair perfectly but she also put my head piece on for me. The curls stayed all night! Definitely will be coming here again

I just got back from Studio 3 and Kathy did an amazing job fixing my pixie cut! I walked in unsure of whether I should cut it shorter or start grooming it to grow out, but she was able to address all the things I disliked about my old cut and make it look amazing. Definitely the best of elk grove! Would recommend to everyone.

I have a serious emotional attachment to my hair, bordering on a mental condition. Kathy listened to what I wanted and did it. That is what is the most important thing to me. I left incredibly happy. She made a special effort to make herself available on short notice. Very professional.

Studio 3 is a cute salon located in old town elk grove. Jenn Cooper is one of their hair stylists and she is phenomenal! she is so professional, and makes you feel so comfortable! i highly recommend checking her out! shes amazing! she does my hair cuts, and she colors and styles me as well! love her!

I have been going to Kathy for about 3 years now & I absolutely love how she does my hair. She always does my hair color & style perfect! I constantly am getting compliments. Kylie & Kathy make sure their salon makes their customers feel super comfortable at ALL times! I would never change salons! I love them so much. I definitely recommend 100 percent!!!

As usual Cathy knocked it outta the park with my color. When I grab a quick trim in midtown where I live, the stylists always inquire about my amazing color. Only my Cathy can do my color. Love ya!

Ok let me start off by saying that I Unilocal a lot… But I don’t always write reviews… But this one I just had to… I walked into this small, adorable salon today and walked out feeling like one of the luckiest girl to finding this place. I can see that Kathy genuinely cares about her clients. She listens to what you want. And performs an excellent job. She gave me exactly what I wanted. An ash tone ombré/​balayage. I was afraid of brassy ombré that won’t be blended in to look natural Since I have dark hair. But she VE me exactky what I wanted! She’s absolutely caring and sweet. The other ladies working there were also wonderful. Is it odd to say that I didn’t feel like a client?.. I felt like a friend or family. That’s how they treat you! If you want a professional hairstylist with a positive and welcoming outlook. THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Don’t search any longer and book with them. I promise you will thank me :) good luck

Both Kathy and Kiley are wonderful! Love them both and their salon is clean, decorated beautifully and intimate.

I went here because it got great reviews and I wanted someone I could trust, since my hair request was really complicated (I wanted to go from red to blonde). It turned out being the pefect place, Kathy really knew what she was doing. And when another client with an appointment came in, Kathy didn’t rush to finish my hair. she did a good job on mine before getting to the next client. Overall– friendly atmosphere and stylists i can trust!

I made an appointment to get my hair colored dirty blonde with Kiley. She did a beautiful job! I would definitely recommend her for colors if you want a great result in return!!! The shop is cute and quaint and the stylists are friendly and personable.

Just had my Brazilian blow out. Cathy, is an angel who always fixes my hair when I stray from her. My hair is AWESOME after my blow out and Cathy tweeks with the thinning shears. Thanks angel!

Love, love my hair EVERYTIME I visit this salon. Kiley knows exactly what I like and how to keep my hair stylish, yet healthy. I even have her do my 7 year old daughters hair cuts, and have referred many friends who continue to keep coming back!

I learned about Studio 3 from some friends at work and wanted to give the salon a try. When I arrived the ladies were warn and welcoming. My appointment was with Kilie, and it felt like I had known her for years. My hair looks great and I will be scheduling my next apt soon. All in all, the women were all good hearted, hard working people. Highly recommending Studio 3!

I’ve been going to Kylie for 10+ years and to this day I am still absolutely amazed by how talented she is. Kylie is the ONLY hairdresser that I will go to.

So it’s been over 6 months now, and I am still happy with my Brazilian Blowout hair straightening treatment. Yes, my hair has accepted being straight quite well. It’s wearing off a little, but now it has more volume at the roots and wavy underneath. But after faithfully using the Brazilian Blowout hair care products, it really seems to have extended my investment to it’s present satisfaction. Now I can use a flat iron to smooth it out in about 5 – 10 minutes. We’ll see how much longer I can keep going until it’s time for my next straightening treatment.
In addition to this update, my friend and coworker liked how my hair came out, so she too went to Kathy last week to have her hair done. She just loves how silky smooth her hair looks now and couldn’t wait to stop by at work to show it off. She really looks cute! (Well, she is cute anyway). Now she can go on her vacation to Hawaii and not worry about dealing with the humidity. Plus other coworkers have expressed interest in getting their hair straightened too.
Eventually we will rid the world of dry, frizzy hair one head at a time!
