I would give this company 0 stars if I could !!! They never answer there phones during business hours and when they do by a stroke of luck… the man who answered is rude and has no customer service ! I went through my home warranty who referred this company to me and they said they couldn’t or maybe because I was persistent in calling until they answered wouldn’t come out until 2 weeks from now. Due to this mans attitude and rudeness I told him that was unacceptable and would call my warranty company back to refer me to someone else. Which they did ! I will never recommend this company to anyone… there are way more Heating & Air Companies that are better and customer friendly.

I find the service Thompson Mechanical to be outstanding. Bart is a calm and thoughtful individual who seems able to handle any service concern with quiet authority. I trust Thompson Mechanical.

Thank you to Bart Thompson and his son who came and saved the day with the 1^st real heat wave of the summer. 90 degrees in the house, upstairs and down and barely a breeze outside. I have AHS and wanted a 5star AC business and was so impressed with their service. They said it might be after 5 maybe even 7 but they’d be to my place by the end of day.
I love supporting a local family business that takes pride in their business and job + passing on the trade to the next generation. All was up and running in no time!
FYI-​those who have AHS home warranties always ask for a list of repair businesses before you just take the first company they set you up with. The first repairman they assigned me to had HORRIBLE RATINGS, one-​half star. Do your homework.

We Chose Thompson Mechanical to Address A Problem with one of our Apartment’s Hvac Systems. The unit is about 12yrs old and The Company I Work For needed a second Opinion on wither or not to Replace Parts, or just plain Replace the system as a whole. They showed up on TIME! No Outrageous Time estimate that other Hvac Company’s give and don’t keep. They came when they Said they Would. Also They Came out After Hours to help us And Were Very Kind and Helpful.
They were also able to diagnose the Problem and get it running in the first hour. The unit needed new parts to be installed but having a working unit even if only temporary was better than a non functioning unit.
To Sum it up, Thompson Mechanical looks to be a Local Family Run Company. They Provide Honest Work At Straight Froward No nonsense (AFFORDABLE) Prices. I will use them for other needs in the Future.

We are a family in the trades so when our home warranty company sent out an HVAC contractor, we sent the first one back and then they sent our Bart with Thompson Mechanical. Let me tell you we are picky because we know what we are looking at and for, that said I have to say that Thompson Mechanical not only met our expectations, they exceeded them. They are knowledgable, honest and their quality is exceptional! In fact because of how they handled our repair, we decided to upgrade our system with them and again our expectations were exceeded. They are respectful and patient with homeowners, respectful of our home, worked extremely clean with not an ounce of dust and even with all of that they were extremely well priced. We will use Thompson on any future needs and will not hesitate to recommend them. In fact I asked for cards to pass out to my friends I know need work I was that impressed!
