Omg, they have the best wings ever hands down. Garlic parmesan wings and their french fries with ranch for the dip and a drink, so good. Best wing spot in Elk Grove that I have found!

My husband and I went out to this wing stop location. It was absolutely horrible! The customer service wasn’t good + the wings were not as good as we expected. The fries were oversalted, we were very disappointed! If you are craving wings Buffalo Wild Wings is the go to place!

Always very busy, but always fresh! My favs are mango habenero and lemon pepper. Fries are always delicious. Cajun flavored is REALLY salty. I bought it for my parents and they said it was so salty after the first bite. Thinking they were just saying that it was too salty bc they’re elders. So I decided to try it and yes most definitely it was wayyyy to salty! I couldn’t even finish my wing. But other than that their always great now I know not to order the Cajun flavored wings.

Im so sad their korean flavor was a limited time only that was like my favorite of all-time lol. But this is my go-to place after gyming at 24 hour fitness lol. They need to upgrade their soda machines to like the other wingstops. Love how they always playing sports game on the tv when i walk in. All they need is beer!

*Way overpriced! *Menu needs updating like easier to understand. *Some small wings *Very salty fries *Charge extra dips on top of your expensive wings *Their water is not filtered(nasty sh! t) *Coworker chit chatting with friends *Slow service(I was starving!) The mild wing sauce taste like what we make at home: butter, Louisiana hot sauce, and red wine vinegar

The wings are good, especially my favorite lemon pepper flavor. But they always my order wrong when i place it online, so i would call them to tell them i want my wings extra crispy. Then i go to pick them up and theyre not well done like i had asked. Its not that hard to cook the wings a little longer, geez.

This review is sort of a mixed one. I am a regular customer here and I get treated differently by the day. There is a big difference in the customer service from the weekend to the weekday. Personally, I prefer coming in during the weekend so I do NOT have to deal with the service during weekday hours. Even though the weekend is super busy, I get treated with more respect than the weekday. It is so often that I get my orders incorrect. The way the managers handle the situation is like night and day. The crew during the weekend handles the wrong order with a simple fix or two with the crew behind the manager being cooperative as well. I had an order of a 10 pc combo with Louisiana Rub and Hot. Instead of the Rub was BBQ, so I approached the cashier who then directed me to the manager whose name was Veena. Veena was very nice and gave me an apology with a solution. He offered me five more wings on top of the rub I ordered because he told me I had to wait for more wings to cook. During the weekday, I had the same order that was made wrong to-go. I told her that I ordered Louisiana Rub but I got Mango Habanero. She check the tag to see if the order was incorrect. She said it was made accordingly however I told her that I ordered Louisiana Rub. Instead of fixing my order, she confronted her cashier to see why they made a mistake. It was just awkward hearing the banter. In the end, I got my wings and waited another 20 minutes from the quote time they told me. It was understandable since it was pretty busy, but I expected my order to come out as soon as possible since it was a mess up. Long story short, want good wings with good service? Visit this Wingstop on the WEEKENDS. The big Asian guy is the coolest dude ever and the manager is nothing but reasonable and has control over his crew. Weekdays? debatable.

I recently went to this location and I believe they have given me the best service. Out of all wingstops I would have to say this one is the best. The amount of seasoning they put is just perfect. And on the plus side, I love right around the corner :-)

We love wing stop, but I’m not entirely happy with ordering online. When I placed my order online, it listed it would be $ 3 extra for all drums, but doesn’t say it’s extra for all flats. When I checked out, it automatically added $ 3 and when I called the store, they said it’s extra for all flats also. I explained that it doesn’t say it’s extra on the website, but they could ‘t adjust it. It’s fine to charge extra, but you should disclose it as you do on the all drum option.

This is a great Wingstop location. The wings are perfect every time! I especially like the lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan flavored. The employees are always very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Parking is a breeze, unlike the 65th location.

Apparently either this location or all Wing Stops, no longer provide a 5% discount to military and or veterans anymore. I them today for my son’s 5th birthday. Ordered 75 boneless wings which was a little under $ 60. I went to pick up the wings, and at the register I noticed their sign that said«I.D. must match the name on the debit or credit card used.» I thought was great for security purposes, so I showed my I.D. as usual, which ended up being my VA I.D. And wasn’t told about the discount like usual. So I asked if they still have the discount for military and veterans still, and I was told they no longer do that. I asked how long that’s been because I was there about a month ago, and it was still in effect. And I was told it was recent. I don’t know if it was because she was new, but if so she should ask instead of assuming, and giving the wrong information. Maybe I’ll check another location or take my business elsewhere. Taking that little bit off appreciation away from the military, just rubs me the wrong way. You’re not required, BUT if you do. Dont take it away later.

I honestly feel as if this location has the best wings out of any wing stop I been to. The wings are big delicious and you must try the lemon pepper flavor. Oh don’t forget a side of fries. The location is near my home they are always on time when I call a order in. Great food and great service.

I haven’t ate here in a year because they switched their wings(or whoever they get them from) and they went from regular wings to premature/anorexic looking chicken wings. Like literally bones very very little CHICKENMEAT and skin. I started going to bull wings and was very pleased. My son and I use to be wing stops BIGGESTFANS! So while shopping at bel air(same parking lot) I asked him if he wanted to give WS another try, hesitantly, he said yes :) I called in my order so we could pick it up otw home. Got there and waited 5 min or so. When they gave me my wings, I opened the box in such disappointment :(I wanted so bad to experience WS lemon pepper bone-in wings. It had been soooooo long. The wings were just so pathetic in size, I couldn’t allow myself the disappointment. When I told Letti(Leth-ee), who seemed like the shift manager at the time, «I would like to return these, they have barely any chicken on them» she took it personal in her actions and aggressively threw away my 10 baby wings. I let her know that it is nothing against her and she didn’t need to take it personal. She told me she didn’t but it was clear she did. Got my $ 8+ back and went home to cook lol. Should have done that in the first place. Lesson learned

I always order online and always end up waiting for my order to be ready upon arriving, even when I arrive after the time my order should be ready. I placed a small order last night and it was far from busy, yet I still had to sit and wait for my order to be ready 10 minutes after I was supposed to pick it up. A woman who was waiting with me ordered there(not online) and said she’d been waiting for almost 40 minutes, so for 20 minutes after the time her order was to be ready, and when she went up to see why it was taking so long, they said they couldn’t find her order slip, so they hadn’t started making it yet. The employees seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing and were obviously disorganized and lacking communication. I love the lemon pepper wings so I’ll still come back, but this location definitely needs some work.

Its a sad day when my hungry man stomach is whining about food gone virtually dry and not of satisfactory quality. I’ve been here on several occasiions and my food has been consistently dry. The chicken is fried; yes, but the sauce is there for that, no. I don’t like eating wings with my sauce. Its sad. The staff are really nonchalant about patrons and are concerned only about the getting the orders right. Its recommended to come but I would venture else where. Pros: Consistently dry, parking Cons: Slow, food. Stars: 2.75

I love wings, I could eat them everyday if I could. I like buffalo wild wings but it’s so far from me that wing stop will do too. I don’t mind which Wingstop I go to but I’ve been loving tapioca recently so I’d go to Tea Culture before or After Wingstop. It works out for me. This location gets busy. All Wingstop looks the same to me. Tables, Sports channel on, Drink Fountain, paper towel roll, it’s a win, win for me. What I don’t like is that, we can’t dump our own food, so when we come in to eat and there’s an empty table, there might be trash on it so we have to wait for someone to come and clean it up, but it’s ok honestly we can ask a worker and they’ll come out to do it. So no big deal. When I come here I like to order the two can dine meal and add 5 extra wings for an extra cost. You get 10 wings, 2 fountain drinks, and fries. You pay extra for the veggie boat and extra wings. It’s great for a cheap date or two eat with someone else lol. I like to order the lemon pepper, garlic parmesean, and original. But recently I’ve tried the Louisiana Rub, or atomic, but I like the atomic. The difference between the atomic and the most spicy one from buffalo wild wings, is that the flavor at Wingstop is better and the one at bdubz is just burning with no flavor. Lemon pepper is the best flavor to me, Louisiana rub is dry, it’s ok. Would I be back, of course, I love wings and Wingstop has a lot of good flavors.
