Bad customer service from a few of the staff I experienced. Not all though. I had about three bad experiences with the staff where three gave me attitude. They acted as if they hate there job. If that’s the case don’t work. Simple. Don’t take your anger out on the customer.

I’ve had a great experience here — the drive thru attendant(edit: her name is Mollie) is always nice to me. She’s always smiling and polite. I also came in to dine before Christmas when it was very busy, the cashier(edit: her name is Brianna [spelling?]) with the santa hat(obviously trying to spread cheer and joy) was really nice and she was hustling around to clean all the tables and mop/clean between customers when it was pretty busy as well. I guess others have had some unfortunate experience with staff, but I’ve had all positive experiences so far. As for the food, I usually order a snack to go in the drive thru(like chicken wings) — and they always come out great. I’ve only had one order where my chili cheese fries weren’t the greatest. However all my pies, chicken wings and fries usually come out pretty well. I’ve also always forget to ask for sauces, but they remind me and give me some. The drive thru is done pretty efficiently where they’ll ask you to park in front instead of forming some long line when your order takes a little longer than usual so they can help other people. Though I did get scared once when I wasn’t paying attention! Overall a pretty good AW/KFC and I’m lucky since this is my regular go to for late snacks. edit: Since then, pretty much everyone I’ve seen here is pretty cool and nice, I’ve only dealt with nice people at this location

It’s solid for a KFC. I like that there’s an A&W as part of this KFC. It’s simple, and I usually get the Fill Up for $ 5 plus tax. It’s solid, and I know exactly that I get.

I went here last night to get me some chicken. I love coming to kfc cuz they have those chicken littlest which are the bomb. I ordered my food and went up to the drive thru window to pay. This young lady looked at me and said«u got the full up right?» I said«no, I got the chicken littles.» She apologized. I guess there was something on the screen that she didn’t understand. She went to ask the manger, Jennifer, and the manager without hesitation pushed the young lady out of the way and said«omg seriously you do this and this». I thought it was the most rude this anyone could do. I was horrified and pissed for the girl. Then the manager told the girl to do something else, she was no use. At this point I had paid for my meal, if I hadn’t I would have left. The manger, Jennifer, handed me my food and asked if I wanted honey n butter with it, I got biscuits too, with the bag still in her hand she snatched the bag back and put some butter n honey in the bag. She didn’t say anything as I proceeded to leave. Worst experience ever. I felt so bad for that young lady.

On August 10th20152:50PM, this one employee was very rude. We’re are just 5 teenagers trying to eat some chicken and we went through the drive thru. I ordered a family pack, she heard me say that, but she couldn’t hear the rest of my order. I literally started to scream into the microphone. Then she asked me to pull up to the window, I started my order again and she STILL couldn’t hear me. At that point I really didn’t know what to do, she was just being very mean. I had to yell my order one more time and then once she heard me she then input my order and then told me the price. UM?! Can you have some customer derive and ask«is there anything else you would like?» I ordered 20 more hot wings, then she gave me the price again!!! I’m still not done ordering, I had one more ice cream cone to order. There wasn’t any cars behind me, so I don’t get why she was such in a rush. Then she told me the final price, I thought I heard 32 dollars so I gave her 33 dollars but I heard wrong and it was 38. That was our fault. She then told another girl to help us out because she was probably so frustrated. All of my cousins and I were so confused… like what the heck did WE do wrong. We weren’t being mean at all. She must of had a very bad day. She has very bad hearing too. She had brown curly hair, she doesn’t smile, she’s a little on the heavy side, and she looked Mexican/whitish. They barely gave us ketchup and hot sauce too. Very horrible customer service.

I went to this location and I didn’t know that you have to tell them in the screen that you have the coupons when you order. So i drove up to the window and show the coupon and they told me they wouldn’t take it coz I didn’t tell them before I ordered. So i ask for the manager and give me attitude and i told her that you should put a sign or state it in the coupons to make sure to let them know that you have coupons before you order. She could just explain it to me in a professional way then i would probably go back to this location. It seems like their management and employees hated customers with coupons. Maybe KFC should stop sending coupons so that their employees won’t get annoyed with the customers. Seriously the manager is so rude. Customer service should start with the upper management so that crew members will do the same. I’m just saying.

This is by far one of the worst kfc in the area. Especially if you come after 8pm. Order some chicken to go and i didn’t want the legs or thighs. Wanted the white breast meat and wings too. They were out and i had to wait 45 mins for it. The place closes at 10pm, i order and charged it to my card around 8:30pm. 45 mins later, still waiting. Hope management is reading this.

This place has the worst employees ever! Do not go to this kfc/a&w. They do not know what he’ll they are doing. A bunch of air heads working at night. If you are trying to do a late night dinner, they will tell you their fryers are off 45 min before their close time is. We were trying to get dinner at 9:00pm btw. Horrible service and we are contacting management first thing in the am. They even have us the management info. F’n stupid!

Worst drive thru customer service ever! I hate to give negative comments on businesses. Because I personally owner of a business myself. So I it really irritated me when people are rude at their job. So here I’m at the KFC drive thru with my siblings and daughter. Trying to order 2 hotdogs and a papa burger. The girl was so rude that she was asking me to repeat my order like 3 times. And was chatting with her co workers at the same time. What kinds of customer service crap is that? And then we asked for some ketchup and the girl was so rude that she didn’t asked me how many bag do I need? I will never come back to this KFC again.

Went here about 30 minutes before closing. When i came home(less than 10 minutes away) the chicken was barely warm and it was very greasy, it also barely had a crunch — just a soggy texture. Im guessing they don’t get that busy at night as the chicken was old.

The chicken just didn’t taste right. The service was good. The chicken was not. I got the bucket with sides. The sides were good. The chicken piece had odor. I don’t know if it was just that batch.

The food here is the same as you’d find at any KFC/A&W, so your expectations don’t have to be any different. The part about this restaurant that I really don’t like is the long wait times and the bad customer service. I’ve never bothered dining inside since I usually only stop here while on my way to somewhere else. The drive-thru service can really need some help. Most of the time it takes a while to get my order. If you come here anywhere near their closing time, good luck. I understand that workers hate when people come close to closing time, but I’m not one of the customers that orders a massive amount of food. I get off work not too long before they close and I may order a single meal off of the numbered menu. That is to say, I get a sandwich, potato wedges, and a drink. Not a complex order. Last time I came here, I simply ordered a Double Down, and I was told to park my truck while waiting 10 minutes because they’re in the process of closing. This was still 15 minutes before they closed. I’m not coming in to dine and hold them there while I eat. I simply want a quick order to go. Business hours are posted to show when a business is open, not when employees can’t be found on site.

Check out for coupons in the mail! They will definitely save you some $$$ in your pocket! I come here occasionally to pick up some chicken and bring them over for family gatherings. They have frequent BOGO coupons in the mail that is definitely worth the savings. I used the latest coupon for a bucket of 10 piece breast and drumsticks for only $ 10! Great deal and who doesn’t love KFC’s fried chicken?! I highly recommend ordering your chicken extra crispy along with a side order of their creamy cole slaw! I’ve never been a fan of cole slaw before, but when I first tried it here… I loved it! Service here is mediocre; not the friendliest workers here with positive attitudes. During my last drive-thru visit — the only words that I heard from the cashier was the amount I owed. Not even a «hello» or «thank you!» When I asked for ranch, she silently threw some in my bag and handed me my order. Nonetheless, I still thanked her for my order and carried on. :)

All day Sunday during the playoffs I saw KFC commercial about their on the go cups. All night I craved KFC. So today I go to KFC order my on the go cup and what a surprise when I open my cup. One tiny pieces of chicken and very tiny hollow fries. The cup was not over flowing like the commercials! Disappointment! I would have chose no stars but Lupresia’s customer service saved the day! Excellent customer service!

Terrible! The girl that took our order(louresha?) was sweet as can be and very attentive. However it took way too long to get out food for there only being one person in front of me and virtually empty drive thru. Once we got the food, there was plastic pieces in the Mac and cheese, the biscuits had hair baked into them and the famous bowl was too much gravy and not enough anything else! Not to mention that finding a booth was impossible(mind you the place was empty) as everything was dirty! Tables and seats were all sticky… Maybe the employee sleeping at a table right when you walk in could have put her time to better use! Will not be returning and will discourage all friend and family.

They alwaysssssss mess up our order! Even charged us for an extra piece of chiken but still gave us the amount we ordered which was one less. hmmmmm. My last visit, they had no grilled chicken available so I just left. =( 9÷3÷2012 Bumping up from 2 stars to 3 stars. I have been here recently a few times and not one mistake. They have really bumped up their speed of service as well!

The colonel had his way! Ordered a 10-piece(crispy) chicken only. This location partnered with A&W was pretty neat and clean. Jukebox and all it’s all good. Minutes later I got my bucket and was on my way. Good and friendly service…
