HORRIBLE! I went in for a question regarding my new phone(i got it 5 days ago and broke the screen) the gentlemen didn’t greet me until I walked up to his counter… even though there was eye contact the whole way. Then all he said was«can I help you» whatever I let that slide then I start asking about my question and he goes«where did you buy your phone?» I tell him he then proceeds to ask if its a 3rd party or not I tell him that it said sprint on the outside. He just looked at me like I was stupid and asked for my receipt I told him it was at home. He asked me what it looks like -.- after he discovered it was a 3rd party store all he kept saying was that I had to go to that store. I was asking about my phone not anything else. I then asked okay if I would have purchased my phone from here and this was my problem what would your answer be? He said I had to go to the store I bought it from. Horrible customer service. I write this at the starbucks next door with a metro PCS in view and contemplating switching companies.

Just left the Sprint store on Elk Grove Florin Rd. Poor customer service. None of the staff greeted us or acknowledge us at all. They looked at us and look away. I understand that they have other customers they were working with, but at least they should have greeted us with, «Hi or We will be right with you.» I was ready to drop some money on a new phone, new Bluetooth speaker and some other accessories but too bad. Maybe another day.

0 stars. FORGET1. We went in to upgrade a phone which was eligible for an upgrade over a year ago. Michael P helped us. He tried to sell us the buy 2 galaxy s6 deal, which we politely listened to, but we just wanted a cheap phone. He acted like it was difficult to give us the prices on more than one phone at once and he acted a lot less helpful when he realized we were completely against getting two phone galaxy s6 «Deal» when we ONLYNEEDEDONE phone. He tried to confuse my mom and up-sell her constantly. When we decided which phone we wanted, he went in the back to get it. He came back out without the phone and without explanation to us, starting clicking on stuff on the computer. After a minute my mom and I who were standing at the counter looked at each other confused, and asked him«where is the phone». He then proceeded to say«I am going to try to save you some more money». He then tried(unsuccessfully) to get my mom to drop her unlimited data plan(which is no longer offered at that low of a price, although they assured us it was) and get a plan with less data«to save her money». At this point, I was hangry because I was hungry and my mom wasn’t feeling too hot, and something that should have been relatively quick was taking longer and longer. I interrupted Michael, and asked if we could please purchase the phone we had decided on. ITWAS A 2HOURNIGHTMARE. I am not saying don’t go to this sprint, because its location is convenient. But, you must be 1. FIRMINYOURCONVICTIONS. Know what you want before you go into this place. Don’t listen to anything they say, just keep repeating your needs over and over and maybe Michael P might get it. Not sure. Might want to try putting it in writing.

Just found out sprint extended my contract when I came in to split myself from an existing family plan. No one clarified this with me at the time! T-Mobile is now buying me out of this contract! Their 4GLTE speed is way better than sprint!

I have a iphone4s 16gb and bought a new Samsung 4 note they offered me $ 20 bucks trade in, and I can only get store credit. The online value for the phone is $ 43 dollars and the phone is in perfect working conditions. I have 5 sprint accounts under my family plan and we are never late on payment. The attitude about the trade is was poor and unsympathetic. I really felt like they were not being honest in the evaluation of the trade phone. I feel it’s this particular location that does not care about customer service. It gave me the feeling the man hated his job.

Like the Howe Av, Laguna Blvd, and Sunrise Blvd this store also has poor customer service. Three employees on the floor and I second customer no one greets me as I walk in but i can clearly hear two female employees discussing their werkend plans. I spoke with Eric about getting upgrading my device. It is sad Spront does not value loyal customers. I asked what could they offer me to stay instead of switching– answer nothing available. Sadly they have a few promotions for new customers. I would get the same thing a new customer would get. Now i can clearly see why folks jump from carrier to carrier.

I waited for 30 mins just to get help to pay for a phone bill. I didn’t even get acknowledged at all and to find out they had a machine that does it for you. I even told the asian girl that I just wanted to pay for my phone bill and leave. I mean I understand you guys are held up with customers and all but have the decency to acknowledge me and let me know if its going to take forever or not. But there was a kind african american guy who told me about the machine. But I won’t be returning.

Sprint has struggled with there in store services and obviously there phone plans for many years. I have been a recurring customer at this store for now about one year. Kim and Monique have got good stuff going on here. This store is doing great. The customer experience has been good and the availability of knowledgable personel is great. I have many phones and have had multiple circumstances recently and they have handled all very well. This by far is the best Sprint store in CA and I will only go thru them here. You Rock Kim.
