Subway

I’m pretty sure the only people reviewing on Unilocal are people who want their concerns to be met while alerting other people of their injustice, but lets be real I’ve only been writing Unilocal for businesses that I feel deserves it. This store franchise is ran by a person (or people) who values saving pennies than actually making customers happy. I understand you’re trying to reduce cost of products to increase revenues, but in doing the following isn’t going to help your cause and only decrease your customer loyalties. 1.) When you slice up your spinach to increase the area to which you apply to a sandwich is pretty fuckn stupid. Think about it. You get wholesale prices so about ~2−3 dollars for a bag of spinach and you mince the little spinach you put on a sandwich so it looks like you put a lot. Get fuckn real. ARE YOU SERIOUS? You save at most what? 50 – 80 bucks a year? maybe? 2.) You reduce the amount of meat that is properly put on a sandwich. I know yall (subway in general) all put the same amount of meat for lets say spicy Italian and I count (not because I’m stingy, but because I’m bored and it’s a glass display). Come on really? You take a couple of slices off? maybe two and think people won’t fuckn notice that bullshit? 3.) You don’t put napkins in your to go bags. Come on bruh. REALLY??? I guess you really do value those pennies, because I’m never going back here again, and I hope you see that trying to reduce cost is actually hurting you. That is a very bad business decision on your management part (who hovers around their employees to make sure they’re skimming off the top.)

I have been to a lot of subways and this one is pretty clean death servers are really nice the sandwich was well put together I will come back

Barely any meat on the sandwich and it was over $ 40 for five sandwiches. Very disappointing.

Normal subway with barely on-​par food quality. I’ve given them two tries and they disappoint. Bread tastes weird, too stale. They skimp you obviously on the toppings. I get a veggie delite footlong and they wanted to give me only 3 slices of swiss cheese! They don’t provide cucumbers most of the time like other subway restaurants. This place is not that clean. Overall, the owners of this franchise location are really cheap. They don’t want to provide extra service if it costs extra for them.

I agree with the reviews for this Subway. It isn’t a very good place to get a sandwich for all the reasons posted. To make it a better deal I only come here if I have a coupon or they have a monthly sale. Last month it was the 6″ ham for $ 3.00 and that is fine with me. I get it loaded up with produce to make it a better value. I notice they don’t have a monthly special for this month though. When you go here keep in mind that across the parking lot is a Safeway. You get a sandwich with twice as much on it over there for $ 5.50. They cut it in half and often my Wife and I share one. They are on sale often also.

I would never really write a review for a place like this but they were so slow and only one person make the food when there were 5 people in line and the other was in the back doing Idk. Then when I get to the register the other lady rings me up and I tell her I got a 6 inch turkey on wheat with avocado. Then the girl who made my sandwich ran over to the register girl and said and she had avocado. Like I didn’t know it cost more or that I didn’t mention that like I was stealing or something. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Very good healthy eats here. And prices are pretty good. We were going on a day trip and wanted to buy a sandwich to eat later. The girl suggested not getting a hot sandwich because it would get a bit soggy. that helped. We plan on going there more often. We are really watching are intake and this gives you a lot for lower nutrient values in fats & sodium

i’ve been coming to this subway for the past 10 years or so and not once have i gotten the customer service i think i deserve. the ladies here are probably the grouchiest ladies ive ever encountered. i dont think ive ever seen any of them smile. i really dont understand how subway hires people like this. i can say tho, they make pretty good sandwiches. they usually stock you up pretty high on all the produce. although its pretty sloppy sometimes, it still manages to taste great everytime. overall, i have to say i will be back. why? because its only two minutes away from my house and because i love subway. (get new employees tho! please!)

I am shocked at the other reviews for this Subway. By far, it is the cleanest, quickest, and most friendly Subway I’ve been to yet. The ladies behind the counter are always awesome, never mess up my order, make brilliant sandwiches and have me out the door quickly. I always feel like this Subway delivers 100% of the time. Not sure what other people’s issues are (*scratching my head*). Would recommend this place to anyone.

They are fast at making your sandwich but the customer service sucks. No kind of friendliness. Skimpy on the produce

This Subway is within walking distance of my house. The last time I came here I ordered a tuna sandwich. When I got home I noticed it had been cut with a knife with barbq sauce on it. Barbq sauce and tuna? Yuck. Made me wonder how clean the place is. I tossed the sandwich and won’t be going back to that location.

I don’t know why they are giving such bad reviews. Every time I come here the ladies are nice to me. They make nice sandwiches and when I ask for more they give me more.

I ordered a cod cut combo, but the lady only gave me bologna.

This subway kinda sucks, the customer service always look really pissed off everytime i go there, like they dont want to be there. They are really stingy with the amount of food that they give you. if u ask for more, they give u a bad look and give u only like one more piece of food. I go here just for the cheap food, but the experience sucks, i would rather go to togos, better sandwich and better service.

I have been to this subway 3 times and honestly they are not best service staff here and you have to say MORE MORE MORE they seem to be very stingy with ingrediants.
The food is fresh which great. and I normally LOVE SUBWAY but this place lacks in service. I am gonna see if I can find a better location for me.

IF I HAD TO CHOOSE I WOULD GIVE THIS SUBWAY 0 STARS! I’m a huge fan of subway sandwiches but this place did it worst! the customer service is horrible! the ladies were rude. they don’t care for your sandwich it comes out sloppy each and everytime (i keep giving them chance) and this is my last straw i am never comming back! I am not a complaining customer to the point where i would call to get a refund! she did not give me a refun instead made me a new one. I asked for a better bread «It’s all the same» –_​_​– really? i said no grab the one from the back (it did not look the same) I hateeee this place! so sadd it’s the closest one to my house but i rather drive the extra mile near target they make it so much better!
OVERALL 0 ratings! need new happy workers! they never smile! And my sanwich breaks apart! they just slap it on! and when you ask them to make it look nice they give you and attitude!

One of the worst subways I’ve been to. The cashier/​sandwich maker didn’t ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted and gave me an extra bonus by making it super sloppy. I was not a happy eater as I chomped away… and I mindlessly did so anyway because I was so damn hungry.
This Subway is not the business!

This place suck ass they didn’t have any thing. The staff is not friendly at all. I went in there to order a cheese steak sandwich and they told me that they no longer make those sandwiches because they don’t serve beef. I thought that was stupid, just because they are East Indian that doesn’t mean that they can’t serve beef.
So i got a Oven roasted Chicken breast. They had no spinach, no pickle and not chipotle sauce. I don’t think i will be back to this place.
I will say they kept their store very tidy and clean.
