Elkhart Inn is now open! The food (halibut & steak) was absolutely amazing!!! The steak was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife! Halibut was so tasty you didn’t want to put your fork down. We had chocolate mousse for dessert… spectacular! Don’t forget to let Brenda mix an old fashion at the bar. There’s a cute little pub downstairs with racing memorabilia – great place to relax. Check it out – you’ll be glad you did!!! I’d highly recommend!!!
