Panda Express is not my favorite Chinese in the world by any stretch of the imagination but it scratches an itch when I’ve got one. My problem, however, stems from the ridiculously longing wait time. Over 20 minutes in the drive thru is kind of ridiculous. While the girl who took my order was apologetic because there were no less than 5 minutes from when I pulled up to the speaker to when she actually took my order and then all the time spent waiting in line as well. In fact, at the time there were only 3 of us in the drive thru. So, why did it take that long? The food was warm at best, not hot as if it were made fresh. I’m seriously thinking it would have been faster to actually go to another Chinese restaurant. Oh and then they were completely out of what I ordered– the mushroom chicken. Not happy.

Comparing this location to others I would say the elkhart location is not very good. Food was cold and just not very good. I hope this was a one time problem but I’m not sure I would waste time coming back here again

This is the McDonalds of chinese food. If your into getting fat and eating cat this is the place for you. The food is average and the service is slow. If you want higher quality and locally owned I would recommend King Wha just down the street.

Good food the few times that we’ve went. Slow slow slow service. 10 minute wait outside the window waiting to pay. 10 minutes waiting out front for my mixed veggie side. Poor service. It seemed like the lady helping me was so confused at my request for two plates. I’ll eat again though because that food is dang good.

Great food! Great value for your money, friendly staff, very clean restaurant and bathrooms! The egg rolls are great and so is the broccoli beef. The almond shrimp is excellent also I didn’t get any drinks so I wonder if they are unlimited refills? To go for seemed to get more than on store eating, but I think it depends on what you order. Over all a very excellent addition to Elkhart!

Worst place I’ve eaten in a long time. The drive through is ridiculously slow always. I’ve drove out from the drive through line twice because of how slow they were and others have done the same. My mom got their mushroom chicken and it was awful and not even a decent amount of food. My orange chicken was super tangy and hard and the ragoons had barely any flavor. We will never go back.

After the extended wait at the drive thru speaker & trying to read the unlit menu board in the dark… we had an additional wait at the window to get our plates with our fried rice… Not completely fried & clumpy… smelled good… didn’t taste ad good as it smelled.

Always out of the teriyaki chicken been here 3 times will never be back. Terribly ran business can’t wait for it to go out of business and get something there that’s worth a hoot

I ordered online. BIG mistake. I arrived at the store at the time I was given for pick up. The order wasn’t even started yet. I had to wait 25 minutes to finally get my order. It would have been much faster to just go through the line because people that showed up after me that went through the normal line got my food before me. So what’s the point of ordering on line if I could just get my food faster standing in line. The food was ok nothing great. There is much better Chinese food down the street from a ma and pa shop and they are quicker.

Was first in line at the drive thru. Ordered 2 orange chicken and a teriyaki chicken with sauce. Got to the window and paid but then was told that there was a ten minute wait for the teriyaki chicken. Should have been told that when we ordered, but oh well. Pulled around and parked. They said they would bring out the food. Ten minutes passed. Fifteen minutes passed. I watched people go in and eat and come out in the time during which we waited. Finally had to go in the restaurant and make a scene in order to get my food. A rude cashier wanted to argue with me about how long I had been outside waiting. Finally got the food, got out to the car and no teriyaki sauce. Had to go back in and raise hell to get it. Terrible experience. Unbelievable how poorly ran this establishment is. If you know you open at 11, why isn’t the food prep done when the doors open?! I get that it’s a new restaurant, but if it wasn’t ready to open, it shouldn’t have opened.

We came opening day, the line was to the door and the drive-thru had a line of cars wrapped around into the Walmart parking lot. We ordered online and they gave us someone else’s food twice. I didn’t care because I knew they were swamped. Despite the Pandamoniom(pun), the manager corrected it promptly. This is just like the other stand-alone Panda Expresses. I love the honey sesame chicken, I wished they had it all year long. Contrary to popular belief, actual Pandas are not served here. Sorry to disappoint you. Panda-Free
