We needed to caulk and patch the grout our bathroom since our house is on the market. So when I saw the Amazon local ad for Anderson CMS LLC, I clicked the ad and called. I’m very glad I did. Bill’s wife set up the appointment and was very helpful. Bill and his helper did a fantastic job! Not only did they do that task at hand but they polished the faucet and shined up tub. I would like to know the products they uses because the tub/​shower has never looked better! They also did a great job cleaning after the job. They exceeded my expectations. As we will stay in the area once we sell our house, we will call Anderson CMS LLC again for jobs in our new home. And we will recommend them to family and friends.

I bought an Amazon Local Deal for powerwashing which included 2 hours of power washing. Anything over the 2 hours is $ 65.00/hour. Bill called to let me know he was running a little behind and then texted me a little later that he was 10 minutes from the house. I appreciated the phone call to keep me updated. We walked around the property and I explained what I’d like to have done (mainly the house and sidewalk). I was thrilled to death with the results. The house hasn’t been powerwashed in quite a few years and it looks fabulous now. My sidewalk looks like it’s brand spanking new. I have some beautiful brickwork out front and he made that look like new too. My deck chairs were lined up out back, he washed them down for me, along with part of my fence. Bill was very pleasant and accomodating. My neighbors are envious and wanted to know if I was moving. I passed the word onto my friends about what a terrific job Bill did. He was there 30 minutes past the 2 hour limit, so I was charged an additional $ 32.00 — which was okay by me because he was so thorough. I’d highly recommend Anderson CMS for powerwashing. I found out that they do alot more than just powerwash — so I will definitely be looking into their other services.

Mr. Anderson showed up on time with 3 professional assistants. They were friendly, clean and professional. They got the job done quickly, efficiently and with skill. I would highly recommend him and his team.
