Over priced and quality was horrible. I ordered some donuts and tiramisu. The tiramisu was soggy and the donuts were so sugary even my kids didn’t want to eat them. The shop is cute but the product needs more work.

Very poor quality for the cost; still feeling cheated hours later. Got a turkey sandwhich, pulled pork sandwhich and a couple donuts. First, the bread is good, hence the two-star rating. The sandwhiches were otherwise pathetic. Cheapest, saltiest deli turkey ever lying beneath a smear of canned cranberry sauce. Pulled pork was so dry and tough I seriously thought they’d given me a helping of boiled chicken. The sauce was like sweet baby rays or something. The meat wasn’t microwaved long enough because it was luke-warm. More, the bread was so undertoasted it was nigh impossible to eat as a sandwhich, I had to tackle it with a fork like some kind of chopped salad, lamenting every sad bite. Both sandwhiches came off like something you’d scrape together out of leftovers after a night of drinking. For $ 9 and $ 11 respectively, this is insane, especially considering the only extra is a 50¢ bag of Lays chips. The donuts were bad, but at least they weren’t priced too bad at around $ 1 each. Though they are purportedly made«from scratch,» you won’t find them any better then your big discount grocer; super bready with canned filling. Yeesh, I hate to go on but I can hardly help myself. There were big boxes piled around the dining room(ran out of space in dry storage I guess), and the owner appeared to be running her office out of the dining room as well. Just a real haphazard feel, like they weren’t open yet but they left the door unlocked. Upon entering, was greeted by a huge chalkboard with«Daily Specials» written across the top and nothing else. Ok! Cost was a little under $ 30 for 2 awful sandwhiches, 2 mediocre donuts and a bottle of chocolate milk.

Great sandwiches. The bread was so soft. The business is family owned and run. Very friendly I can’t wait to eat my Carmel Apple

From cheese Danish to tri-tip sandwiches. Sinfully Delicious is a hidden gem. They may have limited sandwich menu however the love and care that they put into every sandwiches and pastries is evident in every bite you take.

Great place with good food. Super quick to have sandwiches be made. Bought a cookie for the road and enjoyed that as well. Definitely a gem in that small town!

My wife and I were on the hunt for a nice breakfast pastry and coffee. Sinfully Delicious had a selection of donuts and pastries but all of the sweet items were very generously covered with the hardened sugar syrup coating and they just looked«sicky» sweet to us. I am sure that for some folks these items would be just right. We purchased two savory croissants filled with ham plus cheddar and Turkey with swiss as well as a peanut butter cookie. Both croissants were under cooked and doughy in the middle where the meat and cheese were. Maybe they cook the filled croissants for the same amount of time as the regular, unfilled ones. The peanut butter cookie was ok and typical of what you might get from a grocery store bakery, too dry without a rich peanut butter flavor. The coffee was also poor as it was weak, bland, and more typical of motel coffee. Over all not what I expect from a custom bakery at three times the price of the chains or grocery stores.

You’re heading out to hike the Ruby Crest Trail and you need fuel for day one of the journey, what do you get? A) Quinoa salad B) Lentil soup C) A dozen donuts from the local bakery Needing a load of carbs, we opted for C and found this place on Unilocal. Not a lot of Unilocalers in Elko, so we went out on a limb and checked this place out and they didn’t disappoint! Their donut selection largely is the light and fluffy variety, but they sufficed. Note that when loading up a dozen, there are no substitutions! You can’t put bagels in your donut dozen, or turnovers, or anything except for donuts. The owner’s mother was at the shop when we went in and was friendly and helpful. The interior décor was cute like a Starbucks and clean. They also have many other baked goods to offer other than donuts and bagels — enjoy!

I’d been wanting to get in here for some time, but work kept me away. The hours are until 5 and I was getting back into town around 6 – 7. Not gonna happen. I however didn’t know that they opened so early! I would have easily been able to stop by before being to work at 6:00 am. This is totally good to know because sometimes you just need a little break in that breakfast routine. I stopped in just for a quick look around because there is a new Sushi and Steakhouse opening in the same building soon. I decided to just grab a quick snack for later in the evening because they looked about ready to close up. But she was insistent that they hadn’t gotten stuff cleaned up and would be totally happy to make me something… cept a coffee cause that was all cleaned up. No problem, for me because coffee after 3:00 is a disaster. No sleeping that night. I asked what she liked and she said what she liked the best wasn’t on the menu anymore for the new season. But eventually she steered me to the Tri Tip. Woah. This thing was just awesome. See my pics. It’s a little pricier, but it was just so darn good. It also came with a bag of chips and a drink so the price isn’t really that bad considering what you get for it. I will be going back for this one. I waited WAY too long to have the Almond croissant(2 days later) so the outside was a little hard… but OMG that was the best darn filling ever. So I got one of their chocolate almond croissants the next day at Cowboy Coffee. Yeah, they supply at Cowboy Coffee too. And chocolate almond piece of heaven fell from the sky and landed in my mouth. I have only tasted something this heavenly dessert wise a few times in my life. This was a major cheat for me and was well worth the sacrifices later in the day. Their décor is more bakery than kitchy sandwich shop. Lots of hard surfaces and super high ceilings. But it’s still homey enough to sit down for a quick lunch of breakfast. I will be curious to try the coffee the next time I am in too. I didn’t really get a bunch of info on that when I was in the first time. And lastly and maybe most importantly they have gluten free items. I didn’t grill her on the cross contamination details because my celiac friend will never be in Elko but if you are gluten free, you might wanna check this place out! So from the great service and the great food it’s really hard to give these guys anything less than 4.5 stars. And this was an easy round up to 5 stars. Honeymoon period 5 stars!
