Aerotech Gutter Service

I had a contract with Aerotech for four annual cleanings (which I will not be renewing). I have suspected for some time that they were not coming and I was just paying them. Not once have I seen them, noticed that they were there orrrr been told by a neighbor that they had come and believe me in my neighborhood this would have happen! This could be taken as a good thing if the work was being done. I voiced my concerns over the phone with a rep. a few months back and I was told «oh no sir we use GPS and spot checks». Well I guess the driver has been parking in my neighborhood and they need to do more spot checks because my gutters haven’t been cleaned in some time, despite being told they were cleaned 2 times since fall.
Yesterday I confirmed my concerns, I removed the drain pipes at the end of the gutters and they were jammed with debris, not how these tubes should look after having your «gutters cleaned 4 times in one year. These pipes also should have been cleaned with each cleaning so either I got a lot of leaves and debris over the past 2 months since the last cleaning or I have been duped.
I’m betting on being duped! Don’t get duped go with another outfit.

UPDATE: Since writing my original review Aerotech has reached out in an attempt to correct the situation. I could not be more pleased with the issue resolution. I’m currently giving Aerotech another opportunity to make things right. The service was good enough to make me go from 1 start (really no stars) to a solid 3. Lets see if the service can live up to the support. I will keep updating.
I have to admit they made things right. the customer service was excellent. I’m going to give them another try. Calling to sign up for another year.

We had Aerotech do their first cleaning and they were great. We had some gutters that were totally clogged, after the cleaning they all ran clear. They even came back a week later to further clean out one that drained into the ground. They cleaned up and didn’t damage any of our landscaping.

I had a contract with Aerotech for twice yearly gutter cleaning. Despite calling them twice and asking for service in late May, they did not come to clean my gutters until ⁶⁄₂₀. We were lucky to not have water damage to the house since the gutters were so full. After waiting for over 3 weeks, they trashed my porches and patio furniture with debris from the gutters and did not hose it off. I came home to muddy porches. I would not use this company.

I have since found a local handyman to come and clean my gutters for me and no longer use Aerotech. I did so mostly because Aerotech’s pricing structure changed and I think it is more expensive than before. I’m still giving it 5 stars because I never really had any problems with them. The one time I was not satisfied with their cleaning, they sent their crew out and did it again. The customer service is good. Just price shop around and make sure it’s a good value for what you want.
Also, this is a total aside, do yourself a favor and DON’T install screen gutters. The gutters ALSO get clogged and need to be cleaned, so what’s the point? Just do some research online first.

I really like this service and highly recommend them.
The cost is reasonable.
They are fast, efficient and thorough.
The guys have all been friendly and helpful
The only reason that I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that sometimes
the debris left is more than that of my previous service.
But for half the cost, I would say that I’m a fan – big time!
