I take being lied to as the ultimate offense. I took an already«cleaned«very expensive and beautiful comforter to this cleaners because they advertised organic cleaning in their storefront window. When I asked him point blank do you do organic cleaning… the answer they gave me was yes. I came here after using another cleaner who dry cleaned my practically clean comforter in dirty water. So I let Total cleaners have at it. I picked it up a week later and although I did admit it was clean, the toxic smell that came off of this comforter was indescribable. I truly could not put the comforter on my bed for more than 10 minutes before the entire room smelled like some toxic chemical. I tried putting it in another room letting it air out, I kept it for 3 weeks before I marched it back to the cleaners. I told him what the problem was and said I would pay him a second time to redo it… He then admitted to me that he did not dry clean my comforter but that he washed it in Tide. I was livid. I said why are you useing Tide when it says you are an organic cleaner??? Long story short I paid him a second time and I gave him wall light and he gave me the comforter back 2 days later smelling exactly the same. Never use them, they are no more than a cheap laundry service.

Washed & folded my clothes, as requested. $ 13 minimum, so because I wanted my and my friend’s laundry kept separate, that was a $ 26 minimum. Very attentive to which items I wanted hung dry instead of machine-dried, which was nice. Also dry cleaned my sweater, and read the label to make sure it needed dry cleaning. Thanks!
