Great place! The food is great and not too pricey. $ 5 per person flat rate till 5pm for tables is great. The staff is great. Treat you like family. Great service!

Redneck pool bar for sure, but it’s nice to come here and chill and get some drinks and appetizers. Best place to play pool in the area in my opinion!

Its always busy and there are always new characters at nines. Its my weekday spot for easy fast and cheap drinks. We have been visiting Wendi and Melissa at the bar for years now and will continue to do so. The food ain’t bad but don’t expect anything more than bar food. I recommend the grilled cheese(not even joking) and the Reuben.

Triple Nine Bar and Billiards, better known as Three Nines is one crazy place. Their slogan is «Something for everyone,» they aren’t lying. At 3 Nines you have the choice of playing Gabriell 3-Cushion Billiards, 7 Inch Coin Operated Tables, 9 Inch Billiard Tables, Air Hockey, Electronic Darts, English Darts, Ping-Pong, or Foosball. All games are coin operated. The pool rates are $ 5.50 for one player, $ 10.00 for two players, $ 13.50 for three players and $ 16.50 for four players. The coin operated tables are $ 1.00 per rack. They have«Pool Happy Hour» that runs from Monday through Saturday during 11:00am through 5:00pm for a flat rate of $ 5.00, I believe they also have this offer on Sundays from 10:00am until 8:00pm. On Wednesdays they feature a Texas Hold’em Poker League, on Thursday they have karaōke, on Fridays they have a DJ that plays a huge mix of different music and on Saturdays they have multiple tournaments. In addition to the games and events, the food here is great. Sometimes I take my Grandma here JUST so she can get her favorite food. My family has known the owner and his family for a very long time and she has always been a loyal customer to Stan. The food that will blow you away here is the quesadillas(wouldn’t be surprised if someone from R&R Taqueria down the street works here at night because they taste the exact same), the fiesta bowl(tortilla bowl filled with ground beef, black beans, refried beans, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, tortilla chips and sour cream), crab dip(Stan’s secret recipe comes with two toasted baguettes or two soft pretzel rolls), and sweet potato fries. If you came here to drink make sure you hook Tammy and Wendy up! They are the best bartenders around! Super sweethearts. Open Monday through Friday 11:00am — 2:00am and Saturday through Sunday 10:00am — 2:00am. The kitchen stays open until 1:15am daily. Please note that this place is an official MD lottery location. Also, bar leagues are available for teams.

I agree with Ashlie S it is a complete hole in the wall BUT the staff is super cool, Wendy makes the best drinks really they all do but Wendy is the only person I know by name. If you’re just looking for some place to chill and not have to spend a bunch of money this is your place. The food is decent and every is priced good. They do have a Dj on Friday’s and Saturday’s it does get kind of crowded. There’s a lot to do between darts, ice hockey, etc. If I’m looking to get a drink real quick this is my go to spot!

I really liked this place — it’s a no-frills, blue collar pool hall/bar in what’s pretty much a warehouse. In spite of what others may say, it’s actually quite safe(check crime stats online: )…maybe they just didn’t feel comfortable with the clientele/staff. Everyone’s friendly, but also keeps mostly to their own party unless it’s to say«excuse me» or something in order to make a shot. The beer selection is slightly limited, but they’ve got the typical domestics, and Yuengling and Blue Moon on tap. Their food is edible, not very good but not the reason you come here, either. Bring your own cue if you can, because they’re all pretty warped from use — good enough for a break but you don’t want to rely on them for precision shots. The parking is miserable on weekends during the hours when the neighboring flea market is busy. Play all day on Sunday for a flat fee, though, so that makes up for it, in my opinion, once you get in the door.

Some of the bartenders bring their agitation to work with him and have a real bad attitude but I think is unnecessary and only makes bad business. Not saying they’re not great bartenders… Just need to calm your self down a little bit. still a great place to go for cheap drinks and good food

Not too bad of a pool hall, plenty of tables and DJ on Saturday nights! Atmosphere is not too quiet and not too much either, just right for a Saturday night! Haven’t tried the food but drinks are okay!

A pool hall with some fluff. Food is so-so, bar is so-so, the rating is solely for its merits as a pool hall. As such, do not come for the bar or food. They host league matches and tournaments regularly most nights of the week. Tables are all 9ft and kept in relatively good condition albeit slightly worn so they roll pretty fast. Time on tables is reasonable at $ 5/hr/player with daytime flat rates on the weekends that ends at 5PM. Great place to practice or host a match out of. If coming on weekends parking is AWFUL as you must compete with a flea market in the same complex, plan on parking across and down the street. Added bonus: a taco stand across the st.

Lots of pool tables, as well as darts, foosball, ping pong and air hockey. Cheap drinks and live music on Thursday night, can’t beat it! The area seems a little sketchy, but just close your eyes until you’re inside and you’ll be fine.

This place is alright. I decided to try it out because it’s a favorite hang out of one of my friends. The place is very open and warehouse-like so you really have to go with a group of people since everyone is so spread out. The staff was really nice and the beer was cheap. For a Saturday night, the place was very empty with only a couple of pool tables in use. I’m not much for shooting pool myself but I enjoyed sitting with my friends while they played. This is probably not somewhere I would return to though, the fluorescent lighting, open space, questionable patrons, and AWFUL music selection make it less appealing.

Shooting pool has always been a favorite pastime of mine. Over a decade ago, my friends and I would pay a weekly homage to USA Billiards off of Rt. 198 behind an Acura dealership. Since their closing a couple years back, I never really found a place that could replicate what they offered; USA was a grandeur of pool halls. Every table was carefully, precisely leveled and well-maintained by a great, dedicated owner. There was no questioning whether or not a ball’s roll was affected by a slight tilt of the table or abnormality with the green felt. Triple Nine Billiards brings back similar nostalgic feelings, but lacks the attention to detail with their tables and cue sticks that USA was always on point with. The only thing notable is that they provide a fully stocked bar and a projection screen with some additional TVs to watch sports on. That’s what gave the 2-star establishment the extra boost to 3 stars. The food is meh. Overall, it is something to do if you’re in boondocks Laurel area.
