I feel compelled to write a review after my experience here. I was driving up I-95 and had a fan belt blow out. The staff at AutoZone was extremely helpful, finding a suitable and inexpensive replacement. On top of this, a kind person who was at the store at the time, helped my install it for no charge. This is an honest and helpful business.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced… The people«working» just look at with a blank stare. Not helpful at all. If you need one thing, it will take a half hour and they’ll treat you like you’re an idiot.

Limited stock for newer vehicles and the customer service reps stood there as I struggled to find a part. I walked out without so much as a hello.
