McDonald’s

The girl taking our order had a terrible memory and had no idea how to work the kiosk. Our order was to go but was put on a tray and called out before it was even finished. They seemed to favor the drive thru more in terms of service. Very unorganized. Food quality was mixed. Entrees were good, sides were horrible. Would not stop here unless you’ve got a while to wait.

It’s a clean McDonald’s. But it’s still a McDonald’s.

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast at 8:30 on a Tuesday. We ordered the breakfast burritos with some iced coffee. The burritos were… searching for the right word… lack-​luster at best and the coffee was bitter. Also, apparently customers in cars are way more important than customers who actually walk in. I waited (watching my order sit on the screen) while 11 drive through orders were filled. Finally a lady looked at the ‘in store’ screen and yelled for a girl to fill the order, then promptly asked me if I was waiting for the ‘hash brown refund’. The girl runs off to the back for something else and the lady who yelled ended up filling my order… «I need two more burritos», another girl in the back tosses the burritos towards her, the burritos BOUNCE, lady drops them in our bag, pulls one out and re-​wraps it, she DROPS it in the bag and hands the bag to me. Never again at this McD’s! BTW… watch the speeds bumps coming in… the paint is gone and our trailer got air.

went there around 1030pm, this is a 24 hour location. the night manager was working the register and he was extremely mad at something and very rude. he didnt say a word when it was the next person’s turn, or didnt say what their totals were. we got our food, sat down and ate. i went back to get an apple pie and when he saw me waiting at the register he slammed two plastic container bottles down on the counter behind the register and then angrily stared at me. Again, nothing was said by him. The owner of this place needs to seriously reevaluate his management. Don’t hire angry or aggressive people for that job or any jobs there. The only good side about the visit was that the food was good, but it’s not worth going back for that treatment.

The only reason I gave this one star is because you couldn’t give a minus. This place is a hole. Service was horrible. Waited 20 minutes for a Big Mac, fries and 4 PC nugget. They were more worried about drive thru than the lobby. The Big Mac didn’t have Mac sauce so had to take that back. At one time there was 7 people standing in lobby waiting and then two people came in with wrong orders from drive thru. Girl who was working register was more worried about how much eye liner she could put on than waiting
