Subway

Good service. It’s a Subway, so 3 stars is as good as one gets. If you know what you’re in for with a Subway, then all you ask is good service and this place gives that.

Awful, awful, awful! In the 45 minutes it take me to wait in line, order, and get my food (which is unacceptable when it is «fast food» and there are 4 girls behind the counter), I saw some truly amazing things that I never want to see again (and I don’t mean the old man who had his pants around his ankles and the door unlocked on the bathroom — true and awful story).
I saw employees arguing with the customer when a young girl of maybe age 5 got confused and told the employee the wrong thing. She lashed out at the young girl’s grandmother and sighed when the woman asked her to remake the sandwich.
I saw employees arguing with each other while I was waiting in line trying to order.
I saw a girl drop shredded cheese onto my sandwich as she was flippantly making another person sandwich (I am lactose intolerant).
Overall the sandwich was a mess. I couldn’t finish it, it was a pile of veggies and bread covered in too much dressing.
NO ONE said «You’re welcome» after i said thank you to two different people. I also noted that it was status quo for all employees when customers thanked them. If they responded they said «uh huh». Come on.
Subway corporate take note. This place is scaring customers away.
