Starbucks

This is just your ‘typical’ Starbucks with the added bonus of being super busy ALL of the time. I guess shopping at all of the stores really brings out the coffee/​tea lover in people. The two cashiers and two baristas seemed very friendly and offered suggestions on different drinks. Again, typical Starbucks trinkets and a case with overpriced snack foods for sale near the cash registers.

I love that there is a Starbucks in the Outlet Mall but I wish there was a drive thru for the locals. Very hard for us to stop in when we are on the way to work or anywhere else other than shopping at the Outlets. BUT this place is very clean, great staff and they get my order right every time. Lines do get long but they are quick to get everyone served. Their outdoor area is nice too, plenty of space to sit and enjoy your beverages. I recently noticed that they have a ‘iced water’ dispenser for everyone to use (not just paying customers) and I thought that was awesome to see, I actually wish more companies would provide that to the public.

So far the Starbucks in the sarasota area of Florida are slow but pleasant enough. I cannot saw the same for this one. The layout is confusing, and causes a back up at the front foo since it’s an outlet mall and most of the customers are not regulars. But it’s fine, a look
Around and I figure out where I need to go, unfortunately I can’t get in line because my completely normal size stroller will not go more than a foot into it. It’s so narrow! I keep trying to push forward but finally give up and try to go back, but I can’t go that either. I’m completely stuck. With a lot of effort and mild embarrassment I get back if of the line. I ask a lady who watched all this if, when she gets to the front if I could then scoot in. She obliges, but more not fitting happens at the register and I have to leave my sleeping baby amongst the tables.
I get to order my drink and the frickin cashier is a b****. I’m guessing it’s because so are all the patrons. I wish I could put into words how much this coffee stop upset me. This is my first bad review on Unilocal.
Avoid avoid avoid. I would have rather done a mcdonalds drive thru coffee!

This place is always packed but they do a great job of getting your drink to you quickly! Pretty consistent with other Starbucks I have been to so if you are looking for an energizer while shopping it’s worth the wait in line.

Typical Starbucks, I think this place will get a bad rap because of it’s location. Their prime customer is tourist looking to get that ridiculous frappuccino and not a daily group of regulars on their way to work.
The location is pretty clean and I didn’t any poor experiences. The beverages were to standard and the staff was friendly enough.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this Starbucks! Perfect every time!

Wins worst run Starbucks!
Does not matter when you come here– huge lines with a bonus of confused and snappy employees. Zero customer service!!! Tip: stop at any other Starbucks before arriving at the outlets.
