If I could give this cleaner no stars I would. I took them a 150 dollar shirt to get dry cleaned and they put a hole in the shirt. When I asked for compensation for my garment she told me that this was a risk of getting dry cleaning because my shirt was a delicate material(which is why the tag says dry clean only) and she tried to tell me you could barely see it. I told her that was ridiculous, not only was there a hole but there was a stain around the hole as if the material had been burned. She began talking to her sales associate in another language. Then told me she could offer me $ 40 of store credit. I told her I didn’t want $ 40 of store credit. I wanted cash. She told me she didn’t have cash today to give me and that I had to come back the next day. When I came back the next day I brought another of the same shirt with the tags still on and said I wanted $ 100 for my shirt, since the original price was $ 150. She continued to yell at me and refused to give me more then 40 bucks or less then 1⁄3 of the value of my garment! Horrible customer service and when they ruin your clothes they try to blame you! Don’t risk it!
