The food is great here, just like the other location in Clarksville, and the atmosphere is very nice. Unfortunately the service and restaurant organization is terrible. Multiple time’s I’ve tried to order a dish only for them to be out. There’s always dirty tables waiting to be bussed. Once we waited for ages to be served our salads and were told they would be late because they«forgot to put in the order». They eagerly comped us with soup and bread but by the time our salads arrived we were ready to just go home. I’ve stood at the counter and listened as patrons angrily requested the bread and hummus they’d not received or complained how they were served the wrong dish. I even had to go back to the register for a refund because they did not discount the bill with the coupon I used. Basically you’re much better off going to the location in the Wake Forest shopping center. I really hope they can get their act together because there is a grocery and fantastic liquor store next door. it would be nice to just pop over for some groceries after a hearty meal, but I don’t think I’ll be visiting again.

This place is great… Good food, nice atmosphere, giant tv, big portion size and friendly staff. Got the chicken tikka kabob over seasoned rice, kofta wrap and eggplant. Tasty

Great travelers alternative to wawa or subway! I like to stop here when en route to western Maryland to see my family. It’s not advertised on the list of restaurants by the exit from route 70, but it should be! It’s less than a mile from the exit and there’s plenty of parking, as it is located in a shopping plaza. I highly recommend the falafel wrap! The falafel patties are not dry like you sometimes get. They are topped with veggies and feta and wrapped tightly in warm fresh pita so that it’s easy to eat. Tzatziki sauce is served on the side. Service was a bit slow today for no obvious reason, but I don’t remember it being that way on my other visits.

The chicken tikka and mango pudding were pretty good. There was some misunderstanding on our order when the lady behind the counter charged us for a baklava we never ordered(but she thought we did). However, she refunded our money when we raised the issue to her and made sure we were satisfied. One star deducted for green tea(too bitter and strong — tasted horrible) and bawlani(not enough leeks and too many onions in its stead; and not stuffed all the entire length of the bawlani).

Love getting the chicken kabob entrée & taking the excellent tandoori bread putting the rice & chicken on it & eating it as a kind of pita sandwich. Try the Mantu appetizer, unique flavor & very good. Spinach with cilantro is another good dish as well. Seasoned rice has great flavor. Tried the chicken karahi, flavor was good but it was drummettes with bones in basically a soup. No neat way to eat it.

My husband and I usually get the halal(turkey) bacon cheeseburgers and they are absolutely delicious! Big thick patties full of flavor topped with cheese and a crispy slice of bacon for the ultimate burger. We have tried their various kabobs as well which are good, however, we usually go here when we’re craving their wonderful burgers. Fries are just ok, nothing special but they are served warm and crispy alongside your burger. The décor and ambience is also very nice for taking family and friends. Bathroom is clean.

Delicious for dine in or take out! My husband I and pick up take out quite frequently on the weekend when doing home repairs and running back and forth from Home Depot.

Very tasty family lunch. We had the chicken, lamb and shrimp and everyone enjoyed it. The samosa were delicious and the pita warm and crispy yet soft. Surprised it’s not busier.

Tasty vegetarian options and very interesting food to break up the routine. I really enjoy the vegetarian platter. The pumpkin is amazing and the way Mimi’s prepares eggplant is the only way I will eat it.

This location is just as good as the one in Clarksville. Prices on some items are a bit higher than the other location and there are some menu options Clarksville offers that Turf Valley doesn’t but it’s still very delicious. I enjoy going to both Mimi’s always great food and having great conversations with the cashiers.

Amazing! The food is simply delicious. The chicken seekh kabob was delicious. The portion size is very generous. I saved half for dinner. Order in advance if you’re in a rush as they make every entrée to order. The owner is very friendly and responsiveness. I asked if they had Firni(dessert) as I didn’t see it on their menu. She asked when I would plan to be in next cause she would make some from home and bring it in. I will certainly keep going back. Excellent food. Lots of options for vegetarians also.

The food is excellent. I’ve only done carry out here and it’s always consistent. We’ve had it several times for family get togethers and everyone likes it. It’s the kind of good where you are full, but still eat more for the taste!

Wow! This place is great! We all(me, mom, sis) got the falafel wraps, so while the variety for which we have to judge is low, what we did get made me so excited! The naan-style bread was fantastic and everything was super fresh. We also got the fried pumpkin with yogurt dipping sauce which, can I just say YUUUUUMMMMM!!! This place is clean, pretty, affordable with fresh delicious food and friendly service! I will be back — many times! Great for vegetarians too — lots of options!

Good food. We ordered literally half their menu for a large lunch for a group of people at the house. Everything was pretty good. Wish the pumpkin had more«toppings.»

Amazing food! We ordered the chicken kabob and the kofta kabob. I loved both. They are a little pricey, but the portions are generous and it’s Well worth it. Only down side is I live in VA and they are near my parents’ house but I’ll be ordering from there every time i visit!

Took the family there for our first experience with Afghan food. We ordered simple: chicken kabobs, beef kabobs, all with rice, salad and tandoori bread. I greatly enjoyed it. The wife liked it, but not much for the spices. They boys, ages 10 and 14, were not so thrilled. So, good for me and we took quite a bit home. Well, guess what. The next day the boys reheated it in the microwave and devoured it. Go figure! They genuinely enjoyed it. So, we give it a good rating. I gave it a four star because the indication it was a $$ meaning relatively inexpensive. But not the case. Expect $ 8 – 10 per dinner with chicken, rice and small salad. Drink is extra. Still, with a discount coupon, it would be a great place to try if you have never had this type of food. And the owners were fantastic and the service great.
