Appears out of business after drive by today. Amazed lasted this long. Went back to their old ways and expected different results. Never seemed busy enough to survive.

It’s a quaint looking restaurant that we might have not gone had we not bought a groupon for it. When we went in the first time, we were greeted with a very friendly staff. She explained the menu very well telling us what the special at this place was. The food, the quantity, the options everything was good.

So. perhaps I should not write a review on a place I have not even eaten at, but as a local resident, I will say, before the whole Food network thing, I never went there, and after the renovation, and gave some cool down time, I will still not go there for the same reason. I judge a restaurant by the amount of patrons /cars in the lot. I drive by this place all the time, and no matter the time of day, the lot maybe has 2 or 3 cars in it. The outside signs are faded, and not cared for, and the cheap new weekend breakfast road sign tells me that they are yet again struggling after getting a renovation, and a reality check. Sorry, I don’t want to risk getting sick from place, where, on a busy road, just from the outside shows me they don’t care enough to bring in business.

Wow this was bad! The server was friendly but didn’t mention that the soda machine wasn’t working. Our soda was flat and hot. I saw the bottles sitting on the floor in the back room. The lettuce in our salads was brown. The people at the table behind us got free deserts because they complained. We just didn’t eat them and the server said nothing nor did he comp our awful drinks. The food was mushy and tasteless. I’m really sorry guys but this was bad beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before.

Robert Irvine — you failed here I guess this restaurant is truly impossible and it’s too bad for this small town. I’ve eaten here before the make over and several times after now they have finally reached a critical point and should throw in the towel. I was invited here for a one on one lunch meeting and to my disbelief we had the entire place to ourselves for over an hour absolutely no one else entered this place from the time we walked in until we left. This was at 11:30AM Wow! The food was horrible and cold like the micro-wave broke or something. I started off with loaded baked potato soup not only was it ice cold it was crusty and filled in with some freeze dried cheese of some sort my mouth would not accept it the young boy server didn’t know what to say when we told him it was not only cold it was inedible so he offer us some heated up poor kid. My sandwich was disgusting I ordered turkey they were out I changed to corn beef they didn’t have enough to make one sandwich so by default I got pastrami and cold greasy fries no thank you I hate to say it but stay away I will never return it’s very sad that they don’t understand the business there is much success all around them.

We stopped in at the bar for a bite to eat during Karaōke night. I ordered a Chicken Parm grinder and the bartender asked if I wanted to add onions and peppers, which I did. It was literally the worst grinder I have ever had. The onions and peppers were completely raw(I would have expected them to be cooked as it was a HOT sandwich), the bread was stale and the chicken cold. I can’t believe they are serving that sandwich and passing it off as food, and I can’t believe I paid for it. The owner of the restaurant kept coming in from outside on the patio, pouring himself more Sambucca and going back outside. He was clearly intoxicated. We will not be returning to Pastori’s and I advise you to take your business elsewhere… there are plenty of GOOD family restaurants in the area. What a waste!

Enjoyed the atmosphere after the Food TV Network’s Robert Irvine remake a few years back. The food was pretty good except my boneless pork. Seemed to be old and lacking flavor. Everything else including the calamari was exceptional, the salads including the thousand island dressing was homemade and very delicious! My wife really enjoyed her dish, Twisted Alfredo, with just enough kick for her to enjoy, and sausage!!! Our waiter was very good, refilling our drinks, and the delicious garlic bread!!! I understand Pastori’s serves breakfast but only on the weekends… We will definitely be back to try that!!! Overall, we had a nice experience!

Don’t know why this restaurant does not have more than 3 stars. Wife and I went last Wednesday. The place looked dead and we were the only ones in the restaurant. But the food was awesome and that’s all I care about. Their ragu style marinara is amazing. Portions are a little too big, but you get almost 2 – 3 meals out of it. Staff was also friendly and the place is clean. I think the chocolate lava cake dessert was not properly warmed up, but I was thoroughly stuffed by the time it came. All in all, I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work guys. Wish you the very best.

Tried pastori’s with a certificate. First of all, I informed waitress we would be using certificate & she didn’t seem pleased. I ordered chicken francaise which was very skimpy & overcooked — chicken was very dry. Kids’ chicken fingers also seemed overcooked in fryer because they were browner than typical. We ordered canolis for dessert & were told portions are small & should order another one which we did and regretted because they were soggy. I thought portions were small for price of entrees(Chicken pasta dishes were all over $ 15 and are lunch size portions). Don’t plan on coming back here!

Never been for food. This is strictly a Saturday Karaōke review and let’s just say it brings out the cast of characters! It was a great time, cheap beers, good large crowd. A solid 3.5 stars if I was able to. Divey crowd but classy appearance but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Stopped in for lunch with my girlfriend today as I work across the street for a local Jeep dealer. We were seated promptly as we requested to be placed outside on the deck. I ordered the Rodeo Burger which included bacon, American cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato and fries. She had order the Philly cheese steak wrap. Both entrees were FANTASTIC! Burger was cooked perfectly, bacon was crisp and all trimmings were fresh. Jen had fresh onion rings with her Philly and they were delicious. It was my first time in and based on this experience I will be frequenting it a few times a week. Keep up the great work!

Pastori’s is a little restaurant that we drove past tons of times. When looking for a new breakfast spot, I recalled the sign on the front reading«Homestyle Breakfast». Hooray! I had no idea what the place was before it was made over by the Food Network. Its small and cozy, and definitely homey. A large fishtank separates the dining room from the kitchen, and there is a large pixelated picture of horses against the back wall. The décor seems a little off. But we are really judging them on the feng shui, its more about the food. The breakfast menu is classic with some nice twists. I LOVE anyplace that offers southern style biscuits and gravy for breakfast, and Pastori’s has it as a side along with the breakfast meals. Yayy! Great selection of omelets as well. The service is not always up to par, sometimes we get a good server, other times its someone who doesn’t really seem to care. Overall, for the price and atmosphere, it is what it is. Good quick cheap breakfast.

Oh boy. Went here for lunch on a busy afternoon. I drive by frequently, so I figured it was time to give it a go. The inside of the restaurant is really nice, so I felt pretty hopeful about it. When we looked over the menu, and saw a scallop wrap that was served with cheese, I knew that maybe things were going to start going downhill(I’m not a chef, but fish with cheese? ehh). There was also an heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad that was served with goat cheese vinaigrette, yeesh. The food was mediocre. We had some things that were not so good, and a few that were actually really good. The service was really friendly and really attentive, which makes me feel bad about not loving the food. I have some interest in maybe giving some other menu items a shot, but I’m not sure if i’ll be back.

LOML warned me… it’s a pizza place and we were ordering pasta. On the other hand maybe THEY should delete the other dishes and stick to pizza. First the GOOD… spotlessly clean, nice wait staff and very quick service… now the BAD… tasteless, underwhelmimg, unimaginative entrée’s and main dishes… and the UGLY… overpriced in a market where there are a lot of choices for mid level dining. We ordered garlic bread, ceasar salad, chicken Francaise and crazy(spicy) alfredo… thankfully the Mirassou Pinot Noir and Sam Adams beer were both served generously enough to add taste to an otherwise unremarkable serving. We believe in supporting local private establishments and will be back to try the pizza… but not the entrée’s or main dishes.

Decent restaurant. The chicken masala was pretty good. No complaints. Heard some stories about this place before their Food Network appearance. Looks like things might be better now. Hope they keep it up. Will visit again if they food remains tasty and the people remain friendly.

This was by far the worst meal and service I have ever received at a restaurant. There was hair in our burrito wrap, overcharged us on beer(it was a glass, not a pitcher), and worst of all, was served raw hamburger meat in our calzone. And they still charged us for it!!! The manager never even came to us and apologized. Just awful!
