I found Aisle Style Bridals searching for 50’s style wedding gowns, and just my luck the weekend I got engaged I found their website, which happened to have a trunk show for Stephanie James! I signed up, and the trunk show was AMAZING. I got to meet with Stephanie, try on all of the gowns from her line. My mom and my best friend (maid of honor) came and it was just perfect. They are so nice and helpful. I found my dream dress” and everything was just perfect.
Michalena also pointed me in the direction of Ms. Couture for my alterations, which really paid off. Support small businesses, steer clear of bridal chains, and get yourself to Aisle Style for a GREAT experience!

I just ordered by dress from here yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. Michalena and I were the only ones in the shop and she had gotten in a dress I had requested for a trunk show. I was trying on my top two contenders and she really helped me pick «the one». The experience was very low key, and comfortable, no pushiness. Aisle Style was void of all my bridal shop pet peeves – they let you put on the dress yourself (no being half naked in front of a stranger) and they let you take pictures – why other places don’t allow pictures is beyond me. I live in the city and I am out in Elmhurst so it is for me to get to, but it really isn’t particularly far from Chicago – it is directly across from the elmhurst metra, and there is plenty of street parking. I will update when my dress come in!
