I purchased two from Groupon in November and I am still trying to redeem them– it is January 4th. I called and called but no one actually answers the phone. Someone finally called me back but said I needed to be scheduled two months out due to their construction and limited hours. I booked in January but received an email two days before saying they need to cancel. I replied trying to reschedule but did not receive a response. No surprise there… I am very disappointed. They happily took the money upfront but do not provide the service. Groupon does not refund after 3 days. I will never purchase this again.

I went here for the first time on Friday and met Shelly! She was very soft spoken and kind, and definitely knew what she was talking about! She also made me feel very comfortable! We also had girl talk to pass the time, and i felt like that helped me relax. Thanks Shelly! I recommend making an appt 2 weeks in advance or further!

I went here today for the first time and absolutely was blown away by how kind, compassionate, and welcoming Shelly is. The office was very clean and very accommodating to all my needs. Thank you for being so wonderful, Shelly. I will definitely be back.
