I called here for a quote at this location and spoke to Amy she told me she would give me a call back and I waited a week and had no response from this location. I called back yesterday and spoke to the agent David and he was really rude first of all if your interested in business you do not hang up on your potential customer. And the turn around time more than a week? How about if I was at a dealership waiting to get a quote for my car. The professionalism at this office needs improvement.
