Service was not as prompt as it was at other locations I’ve been to but at least the lady who helped me knew what I was looking for & explained some confusion I had over the style number not matching the price I thought an item was; seems the shorter skirt I wanted was gone in place of a longer version that was not on sale. :(

This store is seriously lacking in sizes for women. The last few times I came in here, I haven’t seen anything higher than a size 6, and one hideous coat that was a size 14. What am I let alone anyone else supposed to do with that?
The store is never crowded, and please, please, please stop asking me if I have a Banana Republic card. The last item I came in here, I think I got asked three times.
I have really gotten turned off from this store. I’ve usually just bought the undergarments here, because that’s not a problem for me to find. Also the t-​shirts are good quality, but I wish they had more v-​neck options instead of ringer t-​shirts all the time.
There are locations in Long Island that have better selections and more size options. I think I’m just going to stick to that and online shopping.

They’ve been asking this question to me and the rest of the world EVERY SINGLE TIME I PAY FOR SOMETHING for the better part of last decade. When the hell are they going to stop? Or can’t they get more creative with how they get people to sign up?

I am a big Banana Republic I am surprise the Banana Republic is decent. I really don’t like Queen center mall it feels like a highschool cause all the young kids there, and always pack. This Banana Republic is small but has a few surprises lurking around the corner. Would I ever go here again? Probably so not the best Banana Republic but it works.

Somehow I didn’t expect a Banana Republic to be in a place like Queens Center, but apparently miracles do happen.
The layout of the store is good, as it’s bigger than it looks and organized in a way where foot traffic runs smoothly. Unlike a lot of stores at Queens Center, it’s reasonably clean and clothes actually remain on the racks (#1). It’s never too crowded here, even during the weekend shopping spree /​holiday rush.
The men’s section is vastly undermined compared to the women’s section, such is the case in most fashion stores geared to both sexes. The saving grace here is at least there is usually something decent lurking around in the clearance section. Since this location isn’t subject to many sales, this section is the only saving grace from traditional BR pricing.
