Clarks Shoes

I wouldn’t give this place ANY STARS if I could after my last experience. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been a Clark’s Shoes customer for many years, and I absolutely love their shoes, but they definitely need to train their employees better. I came in one night to see if they had a pair of flip flops I wanted, but they didn’t have it in the color I liked. Because this Clark’s Shoes store is located in the Queens Center Mall, I wanted to see if other stores had what I wanted. I decided to just get the ones in the Clark’s Store so I rushed in just when they were about to close. I was definitely going to buy those sandals and spend my money there, but a male employee zipped by me and said, «We closed» and swatted my father and I out of the store in a rude manner. I understand that the salesperson wanted to go home after a day at work, and I would have left if I knew the store was closed, but «We closed» is definitely not how you would treat a customer. «Sorry WE’RE closed» would do but «We closed»… Come on Clark’s!

I came during the mid-​winter season sale and got a great discount on the socks. i love the quality of the shoes and socks here. The staff was friendly and not pushy. :) :) I definitely plan to return back.

Situated in Queens Center Mall. It’s a small storefront and therefore, not too many selections available. Decent sale section. Mall staff, therefore, they’re customer service is not as comparable to those in stand alone stores.
