Payless Shoesource

Horrible. One of your employee made a mistake with my shoes (giving me wrong pairs) but instead of apologizing, he made sarcastic remarks when I brought it in to get it exchange? Are you kidding me? Gave me attitude right when I walked in.
Bonus: At the end, he hand me the bag with so much attitude and looking away from me. Never buying anything from Payless anymore. Also how is that every pair I was looking for to exchange for was already worn and beaten?

All payless are pretty much hit or miss, some of them have more selections (in my size 5) than others. I needed to exchange this awesome tall boots for a different size, and this was the only store that had them. I was seriously looking all over queens and the city for them. One of the store employee helped me look for the boots in my size, and even though I didn’t have the shoes on me to exchange, she told me she would hold the boots for me for the next day. That was so nice of her even though I don’t think they get commission when you exhange. (I ended up just buying them)
Long story short I got my sought after boots and the employees were reallly helpful and friendly. The most helpful out of all the payless I’ve been.

I love Payless. This location is definitely a litle better than the one in Rego Center. I pretty much always find something here. Service is not the greatest, the staff don’t really seem to eager to help anyone. But I don’t ever really need any help here anyway.
