Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. I HIGHLY recommend Beyond Shades and will not use another company for any services provided by Beyond Shades.
We used them for our living room and dining room draperies. Rachel responded to my request for info the day I reached out and communication was consistently excellent. She literally started working on my project the day we spoke and was able to make magic happen in a really tight timeframe.
Rachel is a true professional and a master of her craft. She is a pleasure to work with. Kerry, the installer, is also an absolute pleasure. Great communication, friendly, and did a beautiful job on the install. They know what they’re doing. You will feel comfortable and 100% confident in their work, as we did.
Our windows look fabulous and we couldn’t be happier. I’m looking forward to our next project with Rachel and Kerry. We can’t wait to work with them again!

Rachel is a pure example of customer service. She was on the ball and accommodating every step of the way. She was even able to beat the price of a big box company. We purchased various blinds (top-​down bottom up, cordless, wood, and bottom-​up only) for our bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bath and they all came out great! The wood blinds were on backorder and Rachel took it upon herself to upgrade the blinds (at no extra cost to us) in order to keep the delivery within a reasonable amount of time. Jim, the installer, was super friendly and always in touch with scheduling. He even came out twice (and we are far from Elmhurst) since the various blinds were sent in 2 different shipments. I HIGHLY recommend Beyond Shades.

Working with Beyond Shades was a pleasure. We purchased Plantation shutters, blinds, and shades, for several rooms in our newly renovated historic 130 year old home, also including a sheer fabric covering for the window in an entry door. Rachel was knowledgeable about the products, helpful with her recommendations, always responsive when we had questions. The product line is top quality and her experienced installer was a pleasure to have in our home, as well. Rachel made the entire process easy and smooth by providing updates and following through. Her diligence and attention to her customers goes a step beyond all others. Her customers are important to her and you will not get better customer service anywhere else. In short, Rachel is a true professional. I cannot recommend Rachel and Beyond Shades highly enough. I wish I had more windows so that I could use them again!

Rachel is very knowledgeable and responsive. She helped match my current blinds of a different brand, and they look great! She kept me informed of the status throughout the process. My Hunter Douglas blinds were installed two weeks after my initial meeting. I would highly recommend Beyond Shades and will use them again in the future. The entire process was so easy!

The experience I had with this company was amazing. Rachel was perfect at helping us design our beautiful new home. The selections she provides are all beautiful, but she seems to have a sixth sense as to what we wanted. Rachel knew exactly what would and does look and work beautifully in our home. Customer service is spot on. All in All I recomend Rachel for an amazing experience, and beautiful window treatments!

We had just built a new home in Downers Grove. I needed window coverings for the entire home and wanted to do them right the first time. Beyond Shades had the Hunter Douglas products I wanted but more importantly, had the experience and knowledge to suggest the right coverings for each room of my home. Rachel brought out samples of everything, helped me pick all the right features and was there until we were happily done with the entire project. Our installer was great and made sure every shutter and shade was a perfect fit. Looking forward to using Beyond Shades again for some curtains and bedding in our master bedroom.
