I went to the store after a friend referred me… I met Alex (Sales guy) and asked for a note4 brand new!
He gave me a refurbished phone and he immediately gave me a free case so I won’t see the defects in the phone. When I got home I checked the phone and discovered the scam. Went back to him and he played dumb. Asked me to come again in order to get my money but eventually I got my money.
DO NOT BUY OR TRUST THEM!!!

do not purchased phones, renew contract or anything for that matter in this store! in the event you want to return anything within time frame, they will not let you and used terms and stuff to tell you you’re not allowed when in fact you can. they will cheat you out of your money. they will say you can’t return your contract but if you call the actual phone provider, you can. this store should be reported to the better business bureau. they will also tell you, pay cash so you don’t need to pay tax, ok but it’s more for their advantage, so that they don’t pay the huge tax they incur for business. stay away from this place please.
