I always like BWW. I get the spicy garlic sauce. Yummmm. Nothing negative to say about this location other than that it’s kinda dirty. Could use more frequent bussing.

This is the worst Buffalo wild wings I have ever been too… The Service is less than Bad…Managers ??? Food cold when served and no one checks back to make sure. Never Never Again will we go there.

They discriminated and denied me service because I’m a foreigner. I tried reasoning with the manager explaining that my foreign driver license is a valid form of ID according to IL state law. She yelled at me and the friends I’m visiting. A really sad and disgusting moment.

I’m just overwhelmed about the rudeness of Justine, the manager in duty that day. We called her because she didn’t want to accept the ID from our foreign friend who was visiting us. The way she YELLED at us was out this world. We left immediately so angry and disgusted. We are not coming back. We crossed the street to Wok’n Fire and they welcomed us with any problem. Great Justine, way of loosing business.

This place sucks. Slow service. Waiter kept forgetting to bring us plates, so we ended up eating on the table. I’m only here for the Hawks game.

Great wings friendly service HOWEVER please update the layout to resemble some of the more recent buffalo wild’s specifically Elk Grove. Place is way too dark and dingy.

How inconvenient to drive out to elmhurst on their Tuesday wing special to find out the special stopped at 8pm. Is this new? New management rules? Shortage on wings? Very disappointed. Until I get an answer or something I will keep my review at one star.

I was very annoyed when I called in a carry out order for a small boneless. When I got home with it I realized they gave me a snack. The receipt says I was only charged for a snack but I ordered a small for 2 people and it wasn’t enough food

Fast service, attentive staff, great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, I love it! I love the fact that they are open late nights in a cute little area that is live most night but it really bustling and vibrant in the summer! Whether y love and I want to get away for something quick to watch a game or just take the kids this is one of our go to spots.

Been here several times, I’m a fan of their blazin hot wings and their chicken sandwiches. Its a great place to watch a game and have bar food.

I have to say, pretty sweet to be a regular here. The peeps and I frequent Elmhurst BBW on Wednesday nights for their kid specials, and cheap wine:)… I won’t say it’s always perfect, but the staff and management try to keep things running smoothly and patrons happy. We order the same things most of the time, wings, burgers, salads. If the sauce comes on the wings by mistake, there is no problem with having it corrected. The turn over seems typical for a place like this, but do see familiar faces every time we go. For the costof 4 people to eat out these days, it’s nice to have a cheaper alternative with the same attentive staff and food consistency.

Drinking at the bar? Awesome. Eating in the dining area? Dreadful. The service and wait staff were courteous and fast, 2 very important components of a good dining experience. However, putting tables on top of each other is never a good idea. I kept looking for the juke box to put on R Kelly and Lil Kim because I thought it was my highschool cafeteria. There were 2 of us, we were sat in the front by the window to the street, a nice little enclave where with a couple of tables guests would have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. One can dream. In addition to the 2 comfortable tables for 4, were 6 tables for an additional 20 people, all of whom were, appropriately, highschoolers who carried on at the top of their lungs across the aisle talking at each other with no recognition of having heard anything that their friend had said since they were completely engrossed and absorbed in the latest iPhone cat game or whatever it was. When the 2 of us sat down it was us and 2 other tables, no big deal. Then the table to my right filled with 8, hitting our table with their chairs and loud conversation to which we responded by moving our table closer to the table on my left, which then filled up with 4 more. If Buffalo Wild Wings sells delicious chicken wings then they were rounding out our poultry farm experience by ‘allowing’ us to experience what a chicken goes through in it’s cage laying eggs in an egg mill, including the deafening sqwak’ing from the animals surrounding us. Brutal, just brutal . I don’t want to sand bag the place because B Dubs cannot be responsible for the freshman and sophomore classes acting like total jaggoffs but putting tables as close as they did is certainly the responsibility of the restaurant. Overall, it sucked and I’m never going back.

Pretty much every time we come, I remember why we don’t come often. The service is consistently average, never impressive and there is usually a pretty long wait. Tonight, the busser brought out the appetizers at the same time as our meal and was thoroughly unapologetic about it. A pricey meal for the service and atmosphere. We will not be coming back.

There are b-dubs… …and then there are B-DUBS. The Elmhurst location is of the latter variety; the staff is helpful and expedient, the dining area is(usually) spotless, and the quality of wings is uncompromised. Living in Oak Park, I have very limited options when it comes to chicken wangz. The closest Buffalo Wild Wings location is on Cermak Road in Berwyn, but this is bar-none the *worst* B-dubs in the history of all time. That entire restaurant is an absolute disaster, from the food to the service, it’s a 0⁄10. I’ve been hung up on multiple times while trying to place take-out orders and have received a myriad of bad wings. Seriously, that place is a major sh*thole. This location, however, is on the far opposite end of the spectrum. I’ve not had anything less than a wonderful experience here, whether it’s dining in or carrying out. Elmhurst sauces their wings PERFECTLY. The floor managers seem to have their game face on, and I’m always happy to see the seasonal décor, from Halloween to Easter and everything between. Perhaps this statement best sums up the Elmhurst Buffalo Wild Wings: I’m more than willing to go out of my way to give them my repeat business. They’re certainly not the closest location to where I live, but for stellar service and the best boneless wings around I’ll come back time and time again. Kudos to you guys, keep it up!

I wish they somehow managed to build an outdoor patio. It would be sweet with the view of downtown elmhurst. Parking is a block away in the parking garage. When we went there on our last trip, John took good care of us and was very consistent with refills and checking upon us. Usually go with sweet barbecue for my wings. Wing size is very inconsistent. Flavor can be good to below average. Sometimes they either to saucy too crispy or too raw somehow. We saw Hawks play and yet it seemed pretty slow. Too many teenagers not necessarily crowd for middle age groupies. Saw some tables not bussed for significant period of time. Kind of a an appetite killer sitting next to table full of leftover glassware and silverware. Overall average, chain stuff. Once in a while type of outing.

This is one of the cleaner Bdubs I have been too. It’s a franchise so it’s going to have different specials then the company owned ones. The boneless wings here are on specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays unlike the company owned ones which have boneless wings on special only on Thirsdays. Good location right off I 290 somewhat. Also different beer specials then company owned ones.

I can’t say I’m a huge fan of BWW, the place is very loud and I think it’s a bit expensive for the quality of the food you receive. However, what BWW has(that you cannot find anyplace else in Elmhurst) is the hottest freakin’ sauces. I’m a huge fan of spicy food and I was pleasantly surprised when they offered a new ghost pepper hot sauce. And, unlike some of their sauces, this one actually tastes good. I’m leaving myself a reminder here to take it easy. I almost over did it this time … fortunately the endorphins kicked in big time! As of this writing there are ninety-six restaurants in Elmhurst. I plan on eating at, and reviewing, every one. Follow me on Unilocal

You can never go wrong with Buffalo Wild Wings. Their food is always consistent, sauces are really good, and their chicken is well done. Where things can go wrong is service, and in this case, parking. Downtown Elmhurst doesn’t have that much street parking available, so if you have to pick up an order, pray that you find a spot, or go with someone who can stand park. This wouldn’t matter in the summer of course, but when it’s snowing like crazy outside, the last thing you want to do is walk to and from the community parking lot. Also, service … BAD! My sister in law phoned in an order and I called in about an hour later to add to the order since I was the one picking it up. They didn’t even have the name that the order was under. I confirmed with my SIL that I was calling the correct one, so she had to call them as well… and they finally found it. Great! So my pick up time was 5:30. I left the restaurant food in hand at 5:50! WT! I was pissed. There was one table of about 6 people(it was new years eve). It’s not like the order was huge, 40 wings and one kids meal and a side of mac n cheese. I would rather go to the one in willowbrook or lombard. sorry!
