Carvel Ice Cream Shoppe

Slow workers (they switch back and forth between the Subways), and don’t listen carefully when you are ordering. One time they gave me the wrong topping, and I was only ordering two items: vanilla soft serve, and chocolate soft serve with chocolate chips. Wow… super hard right?! But he was too busy laughing and joking, making faces at his fellow friends at the Subways counter. Come on, dude. They certainly take their time filling the order. They even put toppings on slowly; I am counting the scoops and wondering why it takes so long. Not like they are even being very generous with their scoops, so it should go quicker right?! By the time they put the lid on and I go home, it’s melty and I usually stick it in the freezer to firm it up a little. I will say that the workers have never been rude to me. Not particularly caring if they get your order right or not, but at least they aren’t nasty.

Clearly subway is the focus here, right near the train, as no one one wanted to help me even after asking. They only had one flavor — chocolate — not even vanilla/​twist, let alone a special flavor.

Ordered a thick chocolate shake and it came out looking like chocolate milk. Bad customer service

This place completely ripped me off.
I went in for the Wednesday buy one get one free soft serve sundae that ALL Carvels honor. This place charged me full price for both sundaes and when I confronted him he said he had already put it in the computer and couldn’t do anything about it. I also specifically ordered two smalls and made sure he had the right size since he seemed confused. He charged me for a large anyway. Finally, he fumbled around the back for a few minutes trying to find spoons so my ice cream was ¼th melted.
I will never be coming back to this place.

Slow & sub– intelligent!
Wrong order, wrong cone, and worst of all — everything melted. Of course it’s gonna melt if you only have 1 person filling my order of 5 ice creams! Slowly filling cup by cup, by the time she lid them and enters everything into the computer, they all had a nice layer of ice cream SOUP on top –_​– Also cannot comprehend «I want the cone on the far right» and shows me the left side cone instead.
