Edible Arrangements

I only gave them a 3 star vote out of 5 because when I walked in to this establishment
–Nobody said «HELLO»
–When someone finally assisted me she didn’t pay attention to my needs or asked questions to suggest an arrangement
–tell me of additional costs included in my purchase
I was looking around for 2 small arrangements for an elderly couple and a single elderly woman.
Something small since neither of them eat too much anymore. So, I thought this would be perfect for everyone.
Not looking to spend too much because I DIDN’T have enough money with me but wanted to do something nice for these ppl since they have been great to me.
When I finally decided on the one arrangement she asked if she could add a chocolate Christmas pop? Well I said SURE :-) I then paid for the arrangement and left.
When I arrived home I looked at the receipt and noticed there was a $ 10 charge for the chocolate Christmas pop that I could have gotten two of them at Walgreens for $ 5.00!!!
So much for trying to not spend too much money.
I think well-​known establishments like this one should definitely invest in training all their staff to provide better services to their clients.

Within a hour I placed an order online and it was ready for pick up within an hour! Happy customer here! Plus it was my first time ever ordering! Thank you!

I will NEVER order from this company again and I will NEVER recommend anyone to this company especially this location! Placed an order over the internet for Mother’s Day and paid in advance. Picked it up, brought it home and gave it to my wife. The fruit was not ripe and it was as hard as a rock. The arrangement looked sparse. The chocolate covered strawberries were only partially dipped in chocolate. Called the company back to complain and spoke to Jennifer/​Josh and was advised by them that I was given the wrong arrangement when I picked it up. So I received a cheap arrangement that would have probably cost $ 40.00 and someone was given my $ 117.00 arrangement. How does this happen!!! Jennifer’s attitude was terrible & was very poor along the lines of customer service. Then Jennifer had the audacity to say it was my fault that I picked up the wrong arrangement and should have known that it was the wrong one!!! I asked to speak to the owner and was told that she would speak with me and that never happened, I kept waiting for the owner to pick up but was stuck with Jennifer and her poor attitude. They offered me a complete refund but no other compensation. I felt that they should have compensated me along with the refund for the purpose that we could not eat the arrangement that was brought home due to the fruit not being ripe and hard as a rock. I will NEVER ever recommend anyone I know to to this company or this location.

I love this store so much ! I go to them for every occasion I can, they help me out greatly! They always help me with anything they can and my baskets are always on time ! The fruit is always fresh and delicious. I personally like going into the store, because their staff is very friendly and inviting. I always refer them to anyone I know ! Elmhurst is a great store ! :)

I heard mixed reviews about this business, not this location.
My arrangement was done on time, they used fresh fruit, and it looked just like they pictured it online.
No complaints.

I love Edible arrangements even though I think its surely over priced. I had a really bad experience at this store. I had an order and got a run around about pick up, then I asked them about possibly picking it up from another store so the girl JUST CANCELED my order even though i ordered it on line and had already paid for it. So now i had to wait like a week or so for it to be refunded on m account and had to repurchase another one in the mean time. Who was to say i even had the money in my account to buy one again. It cost like 95 dollars. This is on mother’s day by the way. When i spoke to a manage she could not help me, said «I never experienced this before» offered me a 5.00 coupon and said «tuff luck» in so many words. Don’t ever use this location, there are plenty of other ones in the same vicinity.

I really like Edible Arrangement and I REALLY like this Elmhurst store. I’ve ordered online and my order is ALWAYS ready for pick up, on time. I’ve called when I’ve had questions about a specific arrangement or size and they are always very helpful. The fruit is always fresh and delicious. It may seem expensive, but it would cost much more in money and time if I had to buy the fruit and create the arrangements myself — not to mention the yummy chocolate dipped fruit and cute container! Yum.

I love Edible Arrangements so much that I actually bought one for myself for my birthday. Lame… me thinks not! They are a bit pricey but you can always find a coupon code online. I also like ordering these for people as a get well gift… nothing helps more when you are on the mend than fresh, juicy fruit. A while back they had a facebook promo where you got a free box of dipped fruit, oh.em.gee it was delectable (and free… did I say free!?). I wish they would have another promo like that again.
Also, for Elmhurst’s Girl Friends Night Out 2010, they gave away a fresh fruit cup…2011 was just a discount if you ordered an arrangement. Please bring back the fresh fruit cup for the girlfriends… it was amazing!
The parking can be a little tricky at this new location. It is street parking only. They used to be located further down on York in a strip mall that had parking.
