Wow wow wow. I’m at a loss for words. I’m in sales myself but I’ve never been treated with such respect as well as kindness. Eileen Norman is a consummate professional and should be recognized. I was a little needy when it came to a high price purchase. She walked me through the process. We found a bed that we thought was a good fit. Unfortunately it didn’t work out. I came in a little upset after reading the reviews about mattress firms «terrible» return policy. It wasn’t terrible at all. She found me a better bed at a discounted price and made the process so easy! It was perfect. Ask for her and you’ll be in outstanding hands!!! Thanks Eileen!!! You’re amazing!!! Thanks for the awesome pillow as well!!!

This location and Ed in particular came highly recommended by both my landlord and my parents who bought their master bedroom Tempur-​Pedic set and guest room furniture here. So when my husband and I decided to make our first big post-​wedding purchase — a king size mattress set — we knew we’d being going to Back to Bed in Elmhurst.
Ed was really great about working with us and our budget. He offered to match a nearby competitor’s price even though the mattress at BTB was clearly superior. He made it clear that he wasn’t working on commission and didn’t try to push us toward getting something we couldn’t afford or signing up for a credit card we didn’t want.
Delivery took place two days later and was a worth-​every-​penny $ 50.00 process wherein they came, dismantled our old set, took it out to the dumpster and set up the new one, all in less than 20 minutes.

My husband and I walked into this location one evening and met Ed, who was extremely helpful! He helped educate us on mattress differences and quality, and helped us choose the most amazing mattress! We think the price was great and I can’t believe how quickly the product will be delivered. I would recommend this store and location to anyone and ask for ED! Thank you!

This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had for a major purchase for my home! Ed was fantastic! He explained how the various manufacturers construct their beds and what was good and not-​so-​good about the various methods. I was able to choose a reasonably priced guest bed in just about 20 minutes with Ed’s non-​pressure and very honest assistance. He gave me a great deal and great service, as well. I will be going back to purchase a queen size bed for my 10yo son within the year. You can’t go wrong with Ed! 5 stars!
