There is not much of choice when you live around Queens Blvd when pretty much all the fast food places got bought out for real estate development. This McDonald’s place and KFC near the cemetery is much much the only option. When you don’t have much competition, you sure do expect the deterioration of service you get, there was only one cashier open with literally 20 people waiting on line to get the food. The management seriously need some consulting on better utilization of human capital at this place.

First time I experienced bad customer service here. When I went to drive thru overnight 4AM, the lady at the window my girlfriend a nasty/rude face. The face was unnecessary and I did not appreciate it. Workers acting like its our fault they work there.

** DONOTEATHERE ** The workers all socialize, make jokes, and laugh during rush hours. They kept me waiting 7 minutes for a sundae, and by the time I got it three orders ahead of me were already prepared. The sundae tasted awful. It seems that they’ve been used outdated fudge because it tasted BITTER instead of sweet. ** DONOTEATHERE **

Standard Mickey D’s, never really a line for late night drive thru’s. The only thing that keeps this place from being a 4 star McDonalds is they never have milk shakes. I think I’ve ordered a milk shake at least 4 or 5 times in the past year and they were only in stock once.

This McDonald has been renovated not too long ago. The location is very convenient for me considering it has a parking lot as well. Although, the drive-thru line could get long at times, it opens late which is perfect for my late night cravings. Overall, all fast food places usually dont have the best customer service but i LOVE mcdonalds so it is worth it.

This is by far the worst McDonalds in my neighborhood and mind you there are 3 others close to me but this one is the only one with a drive thru. Every single time I have been here my meal was absolutely stale or disgusting. I gave this place so many chances, even with the nasty rude attitudes of the employees. But I decided to stop coming here after I ordered a chocolate fudge sundae ANDTHEYDIDNOTKNOWHOWTOMAKEIT! Yes you read that very clearly. And unlike other McDonalds, their ice cream machine was actually working. It took three employees and the manager to serve me a chocolate fudge sundae and not only that but my cup was half filled! So when I asked them to put more you know what they did? They poured so much ice cream that it went all over the place, all over my hands and I was like WTF!!! Oh but it’s not even close to over, they told ME to clean it up! GTFO! I asked for my money back! $ 1.09IDGAF! They’re so unprofessional! I hate this place. They renovated this place for no reason because everything inside is awful. Oh and all of the sodas are flat, no gas whatsoever. Go at your own risk.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Service is EXTREMELY slow, even with the drive through. Takes up to 20 minutes sometimes to get through, which is pretty ridiculous for fast food drive though. Also they never have ranch sauce which is really annoying.

TERRIBLE. all the reviewers were right! rip you off!

When the argument is made that these people«deserve» a $ 15 an hour wage all you have to do to make the argument against it is send them to this location. Unbelievably slow, low quality food preparation, and the personalities of the workers are nothing short of abhorrent. After they renovated this place a year or two back it was marvelous and apparently the quality of people they hired will ensure this location does not last until next summer.

One of the best McDonalds I have been to. This is the only McDonalds I go to when I’m craving for fast food. There are 3 McDonalds near me and I would rather walk all the way here. The customer service is fantastic. Not to mention, they are kind and warm welcoming. Yes, during rush hour their goal isn’t to welcome customers however they do try their best to be kind and fast at the same time(which is a challenge). I like to customize my burgers and sandwiches because I’m a picky person. They always make my burgers and sandwiches correctly. If they don’t, they will not hesitate to remake your burger till you are satisfied. The workers here really do make sure their customers leave McDonalds satisfied and full of joy. Yes, this McDonald’s often lack condiments and other materials. However, they do apologize and offer to give something else to replace it. I recommend this mcdonalds when you’re craving for that bigmac. :)

Did a drive thru today @11:01pm and I was the first in line. First the cashier told me that she didn’t have change for me(.39 cent) no big deal. Drove to 2nd window and sit for 13 minute waiting for my food. All I can hear was screaming and laughing from the workers. Just to check I look at the cashiers in the store giving change to other customers now I know the first cashier really lying but I knew that. Finally after almost 15 minutes I got the food but my drink didn’t come for almost 2 minute later because as she was about to pour my drink, she start plying with other worker and she calmly told me sorry for the wait. FAIL for the company for not having supervisor over look at workers. And these people expect minimum rate to be $ 15 an hour. I wouldn’t hire them for free. McDee, do you know why your sale is going down? Try to eat there sometime as regular people.

I HATEBEINGLIEDTOANDHATEPEOPLETRYINGTORIPMEOFF!!! I came here to get a 20 piece and a sweet tea. I get my tea first and 2⁄3 of the cup was filled and the rest was empty space. I go and ask the girl at the drive thru, «Can you please fill this up?» and she goes,“We ran out of ice tea” So why are you giving me a drink that is not filled? ??? So i said OK, I don’t want it and can you give me a refund? She goes we don’t give refunds. That is a load of crap. I worked at the same McDonalds and we always gave a refund when customers asked for one. Then she had the gall to blame the manager for not making more iced tea. I would not come to this McDonalds again.

Stopped by the drive thru the other day. The sign said open 24 hours. There was no response on the speaker so proceeded foward to see two cars ahead order at the window. We waited apporximately for 20 minutes only to be told that they were closing. No one informed us of this and we were dissatisfied. The«night manager» Destiny said that she repeated over the speaker multiple times, which was an outright blatant lie. And one the workers also instigated asking me to step out of my car. Frankly, I dont expect much from fast food workers. But to see that we were waiting for 20 minutes and only say they were closed than? and they want more than minimum wage? Please.

I have mixed feelings of this place, depending when I go. And I almost always prefer takeout if I can help it. Now, when you go during a certain time of the WEEKDAY, not WEEKEND, it can be quiet, peaceful, even calm. You can snag a nice seat, enjoy your lunch leisurely. But beware when it hits the«after school rush», this place gets bombarded with teens/pre-teens. Not only do they come in droves, but they are the loud obnoxious ones. On more than one occasion I recognized some of the males, and they are rude, borderline offense, in their attempts to impress the girls within their group. But hey, I was young once, whatever, I get it. So, try to avoid the 2 – 4 period if possible. Weekends are always crowded, as this is a prime location, has a parking lot, and that little indoor play area for the kids. That can also be a cause of a lot of shrieking from little ones. What I dislike most about this place is the wait/lines. Even when there are only 1 – 2 people ahead of you, they are so slow. I’m not sure if it’s the customers not knowing what to order, some kind of language barriers, or what, but it takes forever. And there are definitely never enough cashiers. Usually 1, but 2 if you’re lucky and if the crowd makes enough rumblings. When there are only 1 or 2 cashiers, they are slow. If an order comes with a coffee or ice cream, cashiers have to do that also, and it takes away from knocking that lines of customers down. Other Mcdonald’s I’ve gone to(most notably in NJ) the cashier just handles the register and other people bring the food or drinks or ice creams. It streamlines the process a lot faster. So when you come here, even for takeout, be prepared to wait awhile. My orders haven’t been messed up here, but I also make a habit of double checking what I get before leaving. Fries sometimes are a little old or overcooked tasting. Very modern décor, trendy, cute… makes you want to linger. But only under the right circumstances.

Waited 20 min just to get an iced coffee. Employees had the look of «I don’t give an eff» on their face. They moved like snails and it was obvious they didn’t care as the lines grew longer and longer. This is why I agree with franchises being upset about wage increases. Why should you pay these lazy people more money for horrible service? What happened to the smaller menu and better service the new CEO promised? Shake Shack is going to keep taking your market share.

Parking lot and Drive-Thru — Check Modern-Check Clean-8/9, I see the cleaning person there mopping right in front of people eating and there was no spill or urgent need to. And there’s a guy in security uniform from a private security company, can’t really tell if he works there, washing his hands at the soda dispenser-FAIL Yeah free refills on soda but after witnessing what I said above, no thanks. It’s McDonalds… I liked my fries, the onions and pickle combo in my double cheese burger and soda options were right but it’s just a hip McDonald’s on Queens Blvd. Yes, fast Fast Food.

I don’t usually write reviews for mcdonals because it’s mcdonals!!! but this place got some horrible management and staff so I have to make a few comments. The food was typical, nothing to write about there, however the service is just horrible here. The employees here and managers included does not care about customer service at all, they will stand right in front of customers and talk and talk and talk and not take your order until they are done talking! The line is always very long and it takes forever to get your food here.

I haven’t been to a McDonalds in a few years… A couple of months ago, L wanted to try Apple Pay and I had a coupon, so I was more willing to approve his silly request. We rarely eat fast food, a couple of times a year and only if there’s a coupon. The wait wasn’t too long and they got the order right, they just switched the boxes. $ 6 a burger is expensive for low-end fast food. For that price I’d rather get a burger from a restaurant, at least that comes with fries. M. T’s regular burger is only $ 19. In comparison, it’s almost worth the extra $ 13. Anyway, the burgers weren’t as bad as we recalled or perhaps the standards at the Jackson heights location are pretty bad. I ate half a burger, I think it was a Bacon Habanero Burger. L also ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese. The cheese was actually not as disgusting as before. I remember once I actually had to remove the cheese and put my own. Regardless even though the food was slightly better, I still would never eat at any fast food chain regularly.(Regularly as in more than 4x a year.) Also L did get sick a few hours later. Im not really sure I like this newly remodeled McDonalds. It was much better 30 years ago when they had a playground outside and kids were actually able to run and play.
