I only give 1 star and that’s being generous to who ever is in charge of this particular location. I should say upper management is a JOKE! As for on site people Rodney and Stephanie are great and helpful. But if you run into any real issues, upper management runs you around. After MANYYEARS of having a storage unit at this location. I finally had time to clean out my last unit here. I moved out on Oct 3rd. Well they already auto debit my account for the month on Oct 1st, which I set up with them in the beginning. So Stephanie said just pay for the 2 days and we will give you back your $ 87.00 probably within the week. She said she needed district management approval to credit my $ 87.00 via routing number to my banking account. I mean how hard can that be when they already have my banking information right… Any ways a week goes by and I noticed no $ 87.00 credit into my bank account. So I call back and talk to Rodney who tells me then that they will need to send me a check… I say ok. He said it should take 2-weeks right… Nothing, so now I called back and talked to Rodney to talk to the District Manager which is like whos on first. First it was Ryan who played phone tag with my wife. In one message he left my wife he said all he needed was the banking numbers to finish transaction right… Next thing you know no phone call back, NOTHINNG. By this time I’am starting to get a little pissed. So I had my wife try back. nothing. Then were told ryan is no longer district manager and now its Nick, which after repeated calls and playing phone tag. Mind you now its already 1-month after I had vacated the unit already. REALLY!!! So we finally talk to Nick which in turn says we will send you a check and it will take 5-weeks… 5-weeks, REALLY!!! we told him that is not acceptable. Iam mean like really. WE paid them auto debit on time EVERYMONTH and we have to WAITTHISLONG to get a small amount of $ 87.00…REALLY. Oh its not over yet folks. So now Iam getting really PISSED, so I call Rodney back to get Regional managers name and Number and also corporates number just in case. So I call, his name is John. He wasn’t in so I left a voice mail… That was 4-days ago. and on his voice mail he states he picks up his voice mail twice a day… REALLY? ALL this PEOPLE in an attempt to get my MONEYBACK from these PEOPLE!!! REALLY!!! My question is are they that BAD money wise that they can’t pay me Whats MINE!!! I guess I will have to call Corp next. I just find it so SAD when a supposed Business is RANLIKETHIS!!! What a JOKEOFWHOEVER Owns this location. DONOTRENTFROMTHEM!!! They will be GLAD to TAKE your MONEY, But GIVINGITBACK is ANOTHERTHING! Run People go somewhere ELSE. I Will ALSO post a COMPLAINT with the BBBNEXT!!!
